HOLIDAY BREAK was damn near what Gideon Chandler needed after the musical and the quick pacing of everything that had happened. It's truly what she needed.
The drama department still thriving with each of the members from the musical prior. Including ( but not limited to ) E.J. and Ashlyn Caswell, Gina Porter, Nini Salazar-Roberts, Hannah Takahashi, Ricky Bowen, and, of course, Gideon Chandler.
The group had seemed to sustain their manner of keeping away from each other, faking their friendship as much as possible, or being genuine friends.
Before dwelling on that; Ms. Jenn had the drama department make a video for the Instagram page that had been made moments ago. After doing a double-take, they were free to go.
Ricky had been faltering behind Gideon as she was engrossed in conversation with Seb.
"You still haven't told him?" He asked.
Gideon shifted her eyes towards Seb and back in front of her. She had only told Seb about the whole run-down with her mother.
Though she considered Gina being a close friend (maybe even best friend) she hadn't really spoken to the girl since the play. Even then, the last conversation they had was about whether or not Gina had a crush on Ricky.
Gideon shrugged her shoulders, "There's never been a good time to bring it up, you know?"
Seb sighed. He knew that this was a big thing for her and the fact that he was the only one who knew was killing him inside.
"G, I think it's time to tell him."
They continued walking until Gideon felt fingers lacing with hers and she felt herself spinning around.
Ricky smiling down at her, one hand resting on the smalls of her back the other laced with hers.
"Can I steal her for a moment?"
Seb happily smiled at the newfound couple, "Carlos is waiting for me anyway. I'll see you guys soon."
Gideon watched as Seb swiftly walked past them. Facing Gideon and walking backwards gesturing for her to tell Ricky about the situation at home.
