41: exams

-A month later-

Taehyung was nervous. He had passed his exams and was going to get his diploma today, but he had to walk up to the front and give some words. the school asked him to speak about his experience being blind and still being able to finish his studies like that. Taehyung didn't want to at first, he didn't have family showing up other than his grandma who traveled all the way here to attend. But he then realized he also had Jungkook, Jimin, Namjoon, Yoongi and even Hosoek who were all more than happy to come and cheer him on. They became good friends. So he accepted and prepared some words. not too long just a small speech. He didn't want to be on the stage for too long as he didnt like to be the center of attention at all. He would rather let someone speak for him towards him but not speak himself.

Well also a bit nervous to see the bullies. When he went to school for his finals after the break they for sure were not best friends.

-that day:

"will you be okay?" Jungkook asked as he dropped Taehyung off at school.

"yea i will be fine, i can see now" tehyung said adjusting his glasses a bit with a smile.

"if something is wrong you can call me" Jungkook smiled and was about to drive away when he saw two familiar faces. his smile faded to a glare as he saw The bullies walk towards them. One he hit in the face had still a few marks of his hit.

"Oh its the blind boy...." they said. I still didn't give up. but they saw Jungkook in the car and froze, not getting closer. Clearly they didn't want to have another fight with the kickboxer, knowing he will beat them easily. Jungkook raised a brow at the two.

"I'm not blind" Taehyung said and turned around. "well, not anymore. i can see you two so i suggest you keep your comments to yourself"

"You can see? how the fuck?" one of the bullies said.

"i got surgery. And i think i would rather be blind if i knew i would have to see you two. get out of my face will you" Taehyung said waving his hand. He had a big confidence boost from Jungkook. Knowing he was here he don't need to be afraid. and besides he wasn't the weak blind boy anymore. he could see he knew who they were and where they were. he didn't have to face the darkness anymore. So Taehyung was confident again.

"You're stupid"

"hm whatever. im going to my exam now" Taehyung said and turned around. "kookie i love you, see you tomorrow"

"see you tomorrow" Taehyung walked off past his bullies who didn't say anything else but just stood there. one slightly offended the other just annoyed. Jungkook moved his fingers at them, signaling he was watching them before drifting off.

-present:

After that Taehyung wasn't bothered by three bullies anymore, yes he got a lot of stares and questions since no one saw him like this, walking around with only glasses. no more waving arms or jimin guiding him. He was able to see which surprised the other students. who would have thought someone blind would be able to see again. surely not Taehyung if he was honest.

"my hands are sweating!'' Taehyung whispered to his friend who was sitting next to him, he had already received his diploma. Taehyung was in the last group.

"you will be great, believe me" Jimin chuckled. after failing a year he finally got it. he could follow his dreams and sign in for a dancing school, he wanted to become a professional dancer.

"When I get this I can continue singing like you said. I think I'm gonna do it" taehyung said.

"you should, you sing so beautifully."
