puppies

Y/N POV:

"baby, look at this one." billie says from across the room. we're backstage and we get to play with puppies.

"they're all so cute." billie nods her head and smiles, while playing with the puppy. billie looks so cute with puppies. she's always so happy around them.

i pull out my phone when she's not looking, taking a picture of her. she heard the camera go off and looked at me with her rbf. i put my hands up in defense.

"what, you looked so cute." billie shakes her head.

"better not post that anywhere." i look away trying not to laugh.

"too late." billie groans. i laugh and go over to her, sitting next to her. i see a puppy has its head in her shorts.

"hey, that's my spot." i say as i pull the puppy out. billie giggles.

"he was comfy tho." billie pouts. i kiss her lips.

"i know i said this a lot but, you look very cute right now." billie blushes, putting her head in my neck. i chuckle.

"can we please get a puppy?" billie looks up at me with puppy eyes.(that was not intended lmao) she always knows that gets me.

"we can't, angel. we're on tour and won't have time for one." i say.

"i know, i just really want one." billie says, sadly.

"i know you do, angel. when tour is over and we're home, i promise we can get one." billie looks up at me, smiling.

"really?"

"yeah, angel. we can get him a bunch of toys and a bed. even whatever collar and leash you want." billie hugs me tightly. i giggle

"thank you. thank you. thank you." billie says quickly.

"of course, my love." i laugh out.

"we're gonna spoil him." billie says. i nod.

"billie, you gotta start getting ready." maggie says.

"okay." billie sadly says. we both stand up, being carful of the puppies in the pen.

"it's okay, baby. after the show we can play with them. i'll even bring one side stage with me as i watch you." billie nods, smiling.

billie gets on her clothes and picks out the shoes she's gonna wear. she puts on any jewelry she likes to have while on stage. after she's done i grab a puppy and we walk out the greenroom.

we get on the side of the stage. billie is getting mic'd up while the puppy is in my arms. billie looks over at me and smiles.

"he fell asleep?" billie asks. i nod and billie pouts.

"aww, baby." billie finishes getting mic'd up and walks over to me.

"so precious." billie says. i smile and kiss her. we hear the crowd chanting billies name. billie and i smile.

"you're gonna do so good out there." i say. billie leans in and kisses me.

"i love you."

"i love you more." billie says before running on stage.
