We brought Ellie home with us she was pretty quiet the whole ride home but Tk and I understood why
We led her to her room
"This is your room .." I said opening the door to show nice green painted walls a nice bed dresser play area
"Mine?" Ellie said as she walked and in pointed her finer at her as she looked back at me and Tk
"Yeah it's all yours" Tk said smiling
"Thank you !" She said running and hugging me and Tk
"Aw your so welcome." Me and Tk said as we hugged her back
"Are you hungry?" I asked Ellie as she pulled out of the hug
"Yeah ." She said slicking her lips
"Alright let's go make some dinner ." I said leading her to the kitchen with Tk
*later that night*
Tk and I were asleep when our door creaked open to show Ellie crying
"Sweetheart what's wrong ?"I asked as she came to my side of the bed
"I -I." She said trying to get what she was saying out
"It's okay just breath."
"I had a nightmare." She said crying
"Hey it's okay come here ." I said rubbing her back the proceeding to pick her up and put her in between me and Tk who was dead asleep still
"You can sleep here whenever you have a nightmare ." I said kissing her head
I laid back down as I felt a hand on my back causing me to get up again
"You okay ?" I said looking at Ellie
"Yeah Night papa ." She said as she tucked herself under the covers
"Night sweetheart." I said laying back down with a smile on my face
