Adelaide looked at the sun as she remembered what it used to feel like. She would run around playing as her brother acted like he was an adult. Jasper found Adelaide standing in front of the window and walked over to her. She felt arms wrap around her. She smiled as he buried his face in her red hair. "What's wrong?" She asked.

"Nothing." He said. "I just wanted to be with you."

"Do you remember when you were human what it was like to play in the sun?"

"Yeah." He said. "I used to chase my little sister down, before she fell ill."

Adelaide smiled as she did know what she wanted. "Jasper, would you ever want a child if we could have one?"

Jasper looked at her thinking  of the question. "I would with you if we were humans." He tells her. "I know you would be a wonderful mother, but we were cursed with this life."

Alice smiled as she walked by their door. She wasn't going to tell them about her vision, but seeing her best friends smiling at the baby was wonderful.

"Jasper?" Marilyn said getting his attention. "I've been wanting to ask you something since 1948."

"And that is."

"Alice said you was closed off when you two met and she saw you killing the waitress..."

"She said we needed to leave, but couple months later I would meet my mate." He said. "Why are you asking?"

Marilyn sat down. "Did you know that Adelaide wanted to die before meeting you?" Jasper looked at Marilyn shocked. "Yeah. I told her that she would meet her mate, but she felt so unworthy of you as she was a monster."

Jasper looked towards the stairs and walked away from Marilyn. Alice looked at her. "You didn't get to finish telling him the story, didn't you?"

Adelaide smiled as she walked out of the bathroom with her hair dripping water and small droplets of water on her shoulders from her shower. She walked to the closet as she tried to keep her towel on. Jasper walked in and saw his mate. He quietly shut the door and appeared behind her. "I came up here to tell you that you are not a monster, but I think I'm going to have fun instead."

Adelaide didn't have time to run as Jasper took the towel off. She turned and smiled as she saw his eyes. "I know I am not a monster now because I have you." She said as she wrapped her arms around him. "So, Major, what are we going to do now.'

Jasper kissed her making smile as she ripped his shirt off him. Just that look told her she was in for it.

"Bella will know tonight and she will know that Adelaide Cullen is a family member that went missing long time ago." Alice said as they heard Jasper and Adelaide. "Let's go."

Marilyn nodded as she ran out of the house with Alice and the others. Jasper had Adelaide as they made love.
