Chapter 48: discovered

Steve and Bucky have really made each other happy lately and I love it. Bucky finally found his smile and so did Rogers. My relationship with Tony is going great and I know this is the one. Bucky and I spend as much time together as we can to get our connection back which has been pretty easy.

I go down stairs with Wanda to see the team waiting for us on the couch. "Hey babe, we're gonna have a little family night" he motions us over next to us. Wanda sits on his lap and I sit beside him. "I was thinking we could watch the twilight movies?" Nat brings up. "Oh my god yes!! Edward and Jacob are such hotties!" Wanda cheers.

Tony and I both look down at her and then each other. "Hey missy, get your mind out of the gutter" Tony jokingly says sternly. Wanda giggles and Nat presses play. Half way through the movie Bucky and Steve stand up, "We'll go get some snacks." They head into the kitchen together and a few minutes pass without them returning. "Let's go help them" Quill offers. The rest agree and we all stand up.

Right before we enter I realize why it's probably taking them so long, "Wait!" By it's too late, they've already stepped in. Everyone goes dead silent and I peak in to see what happened. Steve is leaned against the counter by Bucky and it looks like they were just making out. This doesn't look too good.

Bucky steps back and everyone stands there silently. "Let's l just go back to the movie, okay?" I try to change everyone's attention. I walk away hoping the rest will follow but I only hear one pair of footsteps behind me. Someone grabs my wrist and tubes me around, it's Rogers.

"I'm so sorry Genevieve. I know he's your brother and I'm your ex but I really really like him. Can you please forgive me?" he begs. I can't even keep a straight face, I start bursting out laughing. Everyone looks at me confused besides Bucky who just face palms himself. "Why are you laughing?" Steve questions, fully expecting me to be mad at him.

I pull him into a hug, "I found out last month Rogers. I caught you guys and Bucky finally admitted it. Don't worry, I'm not angry at all. You and I were never that serious and I'm with Tony now." He hugs me back and let's put a sigh of relief, "Thank you Genevieve. I love you." I pull back and smile, "I love you too."

We both turn to the rest of the team. "How are you guys feeling right now?" Steve asks. Bucky walks up with us and puts his arm around Rogers waist. They all look at each other and then smile, "We care about you both. Bucky, you've grown on us and Steve you've been apart of this team for years. We just want you both happy" Peter explains.

We all go in for a group hug and then sit back on the couch. I'm happy no more secrets are hidden. Tony leans into my ear form beside me, "How come you never told me about Mr. Metal arm and the old man?" I grin and whisper back, "I may love you but I'm not going to out them to anyone." He nods, understanding what I mean and faces back to the TV.

We watch the first one before deciding to take a break and watch another tomorrow. I notice Wanda and Tony whispering to each other as I stand up, "What are you two up to?" They both stars up at me immediately as if they've been caught. "Uhh nothing honey" Tony says whilst they both stand up and run to his work area. Those two are being very secretive.

I put all the snacks away as the rest go to their rooms and start reading on the couch. I feel someone behind me and turn around but nothings there. Strangely enough, it felt like Loki. That doesn't make sense saying I saw nothing but it's like I felt his energy behind me. I can't focus on my book anymore and just stare at the wall as my mind stays on Loki.

An hour goes by of me replaying all the times I've felt like I saw or heard Loki. My mind is messing with me and it's like I'm going insane. I don't know how to tel the others without them worrying. Wanda and Tony come in, interrupting my negative thoughts. "Mommy! We have a surprise!" she cheers and pulls on my arm. I stand up and Tony puts his arm around me while they take me to his office.

He opens the door for us and we step inside. Immediately something catches my eye, 3 ironman suits. Tony's original, Wandas small one, and a green one just my size. "I thought you would like the green touch to remind you of Loki. I know it's been your favorite color since he became a big part of your life" Tony smiles and kisses my cheek.

My eyes start tearing and I hug them both, "So this is why you two have been in here a lot lately! This means so much to me you guys have no idea!" Wanda jumps up and down beside me, "Let's test them together!" We all get into them and take them outside. They take off first while I try to get used to it, luckily I only hit a few things at first. After a few minutes we're all flying through the sky's together. It's a beautiful view, much better than teleporting.

We all land later and out the suits away. I never realized how sweaty those things are so it's definitely time for me to shower. After I get out and wrap my towel around I start brushing through my hair. As I brush it I stand in front of the mirror and suddenly Loki shows up behind me. I scream and turn around but he's gone. Bucky and Tony rush in soon after to see me balled in the corner sobbing.

"Hey, what's going on my daisy?" Bucky questions as he curls down next to me. I don't say a word as I rock back in forth. Tony take a seat on the other side of me and rubs my knee, "What's been going on with you lately honey? I want to help but I need to know the problem." I slow my breathing and finally calm down. I stand up and walk into the bedroom with them following me. "I'm fine, I just miss Loki" I reassure them.

Tony looks at Bucky and then me, "Are you sure? It seems like something else is going on." I pull clothes out of my dresser and face them, "Yes I'm sure. Don't worry." I can tell they're worried and I hate lying but now just isn't the time to bring this up. "Alrighty then, I love you daisy" Bucky says softly. "I love you too Buck" I say before they both leave the room
