Hey beautiful. Are you busy?

Going to lunch with Ke and Jace soon

Where?

Just to maccas

Mmmmmmm you know I could go a burger

There was no reply and Lucas thought he'd blown it.

Join us?

Hell yeh. See you soon

Lucas?

Yes?

Which maccas are you going to?

The one you're going to.

How?

I'll drive.

Don't be smart. I meant how do you
know which one?

Phone tracking.

You track my phone?!

Nope. If I did I would have been annoying you for months. I actually need you to tell me where?

SHÍT! He nearly blew it. After losing her he didn't want to take any chances so he now tracked her phone... and now he felt like a prïck. He'd have to tell her the truth and explain why and hope she understood. God he was an idiot!

He sighed as her message came through telling him where. After the perfect evening together the dark shadow over today threatened to undo everything they had so far.

He had to sit and talk to her today. He had to warn her about Ellie before Ellie got close and Tara ran away again.

God he could just imagine what Ellie would say. She'd size Tara up quite quickly, that was about the only positive thing about her. She knew people and knew them well. Someone like Tara would be putty in her hands. Ellie would play the wounded lover to perfection. She twist her answers to suit each of Tara's responses. That was how Ellie played her game.

She'd approach her in public so his men couldn't do anything without attracting attention. At least in that repsect he had to give her her due. She knew how to play her cards.

The more he thought of that bítch being anywhere near Tara his blood screamed towards boiling point. Just the idea that she'd breathe the same air was enough for him to pick up the now empty glass from his desk and pitch it into the wall beside him.

The only thing keeping him sane at this moment was knowing that Keiran and Jace were with her and either Jones or Adam would be following.

He had to stop Ellie. The stupid bítch had made a mistake by bringing his wife into this whole sick situation. He was never interested in Ellie. She was used goods... constantly used and just the idea that his father had given him his slops was enough for him to want to vomit.

He had the perfect woman. The perfect love. He had the perfect wife. He felt himself become antsy as he started to stand. He had to get to Tara now!

Grabbing his keys he left his office with determination in his stride as he left the house while typing out a coded message to all his men. Ellie pushed too far and there would be repercussions regardless as to whether she cornered Tara or not. He wasn't letting her threat go unanswered. As soon as he hit send on his phone the ending had changed for Ellie. Her little game had a new winner... and she had a price on her head.

Nobody but nobody ever messes with his wife.
