Chapter 37

After a while, the waiter brings our pizzas to the table and we dig in.

When we are all full and done, all the Hawiian pizza is gone, and there is only one piece of pepperoni left.

Now we are taking our time just sitting and talking since there isn't anyone waiting to come in.

"But you said you would help me with it last time, hyung."

"Huening, there is a difference between helping and me doing your math homework for you." Soobin shoots back at Kai.

Apparently, calculus is really hitting Kai hard this month and he asked Soobin to help him.

"Ok, I promise I'll pay attention, just help me with a few problems later please." Kai says with slightly pouty lip and his eyes shining like a toddler.

Soobin only looks at the maknae's expression for a second then finally gives up after a bit.

"Fine, but if you leave me again I won't help you anymore." Soobin says sternly and Kai nods.

Through their conversation, I sat in the middle and watched their little argument with amusement. When they came to a conclusion, Kai did a little happy dance and Soobin sighed in defeat to a high schooler.

As I laugh at their interaction a little, Yeonjun gets my attention.

"So, Jihyun, are you going to be busy over the next weekends?" He asks.

"I don't think so, I don't have anything planned." I answer, curious about what they were going to do this weekend.

Even though I've spent several weekends in a row with them, I still don't mind helping them. The way Yeonjun asked what I was doing sounded like he thought they were bothering me, but they're not. If I didn't go out with them, I would just lay around the dorm all day.

"Well, I wanted to ask if you wanted to hangout and help us again? It's starting to get cooler and we want to film some extra videos just in case we can't film later. We're planning on filming on Sunday." He explains.

"Yeah, I can help you guys. And before you say anything it really isn't a bother either. I haven't been out and interacted with people as much as I have been before I met you guys. I really enjoy helping you guys even if you think I'm annoyed by it." I say to all of them.

They all nod in understanding.

"Thanks, Jihyun. I also wanted to tell you more about who we want you to meet." Yeonjun says.

I perk up at this. I've been slightly wondering about the person they want me to meet, mostly because they haven't told me anything about them.

"Really? Who is it? Do I know them?"

"We don't want to tell you that yet, but you probably do know them, just not in the way you think."

Not in the way I think?

"And it's several people, not just one."

Oh.

"Anyway, we wanted to ask if you were really up to meeting them. You can of course say no if you are uncomfortable, we don't want to pressure you, Jihyun. But these people are important to us, and they would like to meet you." Yeonjun explains.

"Why would they want to meet me?"

"Because we all kind of talk about you often, noona, some more than others." Taehyun says.

If these people are really important to the boys, I would imagine they want me to meet whoever they are. And besides, they wouldn't ever do something to put me in danger, they seem to protect me wherever we go.

I don't see a reason to not go with them.

"Ok, I'll go with you guys." I say and a small cheer erupts from them.

A/N:
This was a little bit of a filler chapter, but it's ok. The next one will kind of move things along and I'm sooo excited because of what's coming up.

I'm almost done writing the rest of the story, right now I'm on chapter 50👉👈. Once I'm done I'll upload a chapter a day to complete this book.

Also, I hope the ARMYS have fun celebrating BTS's 8th anniversary this weekend!
