The thought of Katniss in the arena is all I can think about. I don't want her to go through what I did the pain, starvation and the bad memories but its worse for her, she has her family to worry about and I don't think she will be able to handle it. Its my job to make sure she lives but what if I cant what is she gets killed and I loose my best friend , I don't think ill be able to live with myself.
"What you thinking about , your really quiet " Haymitch asks me
"I was thinking that its about time me go see Katnip and Peeta" I say getting of him and puling him up of the bed.
"Really , cant we just stay here" Haymitch asks me
"No come on, plus Effie will kill us if we don't go see them , so come on" I say as I grab his hand and lead him towards the living compartment .

"Congratulations" Haymitch says as soon as we walk in and I go over to Katniss and Peeta and sit down opposite them sending them each a smile" Where's the ice" Haymitch asks as he pours himself a large whiskey which is probably his third one today
"I don't.... I don't know" Peeta says nervously as Katniss sends me a ' your seriously dating him' look and I cant help but giggle as Haymitch takes a seat next to me.

"ok , so uh when do we start " Peeta asks us , he really is eager
"Whoa ... Whoa , why so eager . most of you aren't in such a hurry" Haymitch says while drinking some of his whiskey
"Yeah, I wanna now what the plan is . Your both our mentor. your suppose to go into.." Peeta starts
"Mentor "Haymitch repeats
"Yeah your our mentors you're suppose to tell us how to get sponsors and give us advice" Peeta says to us and I look at Katniss who looks like she's in another place
"OK, embrace the probability of your eminent death and know in your heart that there is nothing me and Vic can do to save you" Haymitch says to Peeta
"Haymitch " I say warningly to him

"so why are you here because I know Eliza will actually help us" Katniss asks Haymitch using the nick name she gave me after I told her my middle was Elizabeth

"For the refreshments and to be with Vic" Haymitch says as he places a hand on my thigh.

"Okay, I think that's enough of that" Peeta says as he reaches to take Haymitch's drink away.
"Peeta don't" I say warning him as Haymitch puts his leg up pushing Peeta away which causes him to spill some of his drink onto my .
"You made me spill my drink , and on my Girl You know I'm gonna finish this in our room" Haymitch says as he kisses me and gets up and walks back to our room and the door slamming behind him.
"He's gonna come around " Peeta says as he goes and walks out of the compartment.
"Its no use just let him be" I say to him
"I'm gonna go talk to him" Peeta says
"Fine but I'll warn you know our room isn't exactly tidy" I say to him and give Katniss a hug which she returns
"Katniss I wanna promise you that I will do what I can for you to win , okay "I say to her
"Thank you" She whispers
"What are sisters for hey . now go get some rest okay" I tell her as I kiss her forehead and head back to my room
