We walk through the outer part of the destroyed Capitol all on the look out for peacekeepers and pods, Boggs walks infront guiding us with the Holo so we know if we are about to walk into a pod.
"I've never seen this place so empty" Katniss says from beside me as we walk
"Keep your eyes open" Boggs says as we continue to walk through the Capitol. Boggs signals for us to stop as the Holo beeps rapidly signaling a pod. " got a pod, let's take cover" Boggs tells us as we jog to the right of it " shoot through those two buildings" Boggs commands me and I load my bow
"Pollux, right here" Cressida tells him " Whenever your ready Victoria" she tells me and I aim my arrow at the two buildings and as I shoot a load of fire appears and we hear an explosion go off and a truck flips over
"All clear" Boggs tells us
"I don't think we can get across this minefield" Gale tells me and Katniss as we sit in an abandoned building with everyone
"not without that Holo" I tell him
"We're not gonna get it off him while he's awake" Katniss says
"let's make sure we are all on the same watch tonight" Gale tells us as I hear a vehicle approaching do we get up and go outside and a truck comes over and stops and Peeta gets out and Katniss aims her arrow at him.
"okay stop" Gale says and I notice Pete whispering
"Hold up everyone relax" Finnick says as he walks over to Peeta
"Jackson cuff him" I hear Boggs say to her and she walks over and puts them on Peeta and Katniss lowers her bow
"they want us to add him to the propo show that he's on our side. We'll move forward a couple of blocks tomorrow and shot new footage" Boggs says as we all sit inside of the building
"he's not in control of himself" Gale says
"I say we schedule an around the clock watch on him. The Leegs till 1700, Homes and Mitchell till 1900" Jackson says
"Give me a watch" Katniss tells them
"And if it really came down to it, you think you could shoot him" Jackson asks her
"I wouldn't be shooting Peeta, be killing a Capitol mutt" katniss tells her
"I'm not sure that kind of comment recommends you for the job either solider" Jackson tells her
"put her in the rotation" Boggs tells Jackson as he walks outside and I follow him out
"He's gonna try kill me especially with all this it's gonna set him off" I tell Boggs
"We'll keep him contained" Boggs says
"Why would Coin do this" I ask him
"Here's all I know. It was Peeta that she wanted rescued from the arena she never liked you. She doesn't like anybody she can't control" Boggs explains
"So she would put my life in danger" I ask him
"She'd deny it but one way or another this war is gonna come to an end they promised a free election. Maybe she's starting to see you as a threat" Boggs tells me
"Nobody would think I'd be a leader" I tell him
"but you'd throw your support to someone would it be her? And if your immediate answer isn't a yes then your dangerous. She doesn't need you as a rallying cry any more these propos can be done without you, there's only one thing you could do now to add more fire to this rebellion" he says
"Die" I mutter
"That's not gonna happen under my watch Victoria. I'm planning for you to have a long life watching your daughter grow up and get married " he tells me
"Why? You don't owe me anything" I ask him
"because you've earned it" he tells me
I wake up and I hear Katniss and Peeta talking and Peeta asking her questions so I sit up and listen to them.
"I just can't tell what's real and what's made up anymore" Peeta says
"then ask" I tell him
"it's what Annie does" Finnic tells us
"Ask who" he asks
"us. We're your unit now" Jackson tells Peeta
"Your favourite colour is green is that real" Peeta asks Katniss
"Yeah that's real. Yours is orange not bright orange , soft like the sunset" Katniss tells him
"Thank-you. You have a daughter is that real?" Peeta asks me
"Yeah, Elizabeth. Your a painter, your a baker" I tell him
"You always sleep with the windows open, you never take sugar in your tea, you always double knot your shoelaces. You were right I can't do this" Katniss says getting up and sitting over near the window next to Gale
