Me and Wiress, make our way back to the beach to join the others to tell them what we found out.

"This whole arena seems to be laid out like a clock with a new threat every hour but they stay only within their wedge. It all starts with the lightning then the blood rain, fog, monkeys that's the first four hours, at 10:00 that big wave hits from over there" I say as we make our way to the cornucopia and i point ahead of me.

"Wiress your a genius" Finnick says to her

"Look, the tail points to 12" Peeta says

"That's where the lightning strikes at noon and midnight" i say to him

"Strikes where" Beetee asks me as he holds his wire with one hand

"That big tree" I say pointing ahead and Beetee looks at it

"So 12:00 to 1:00, lightning. 1:00 to 2:00 is blood, then fog then monkeys" Peeta says

"What about the other hours? Did you guys see anything else" I ask Beetee and Johanna

"Nothing nut blood" Johanna says

"It doesn't matter as long as we stay clear of whichever sector is active, we'll be safe" Peeta says

"Yeah, relatively speaking" Finnick says as i hear someone gasp and i turn to see Gloss stabbing her in the back so i grab my bow and i shoot him and he falls into the water dead along with Wiress. Cashmere appears and so does the other careers and Johanna puts her axe through Cashmere and i aim my arrow at Enobaria but she jumps to the side and misses it.

Suddenly, i feel the ground beneath me move and i fall down and so does everyone else and i see the whole thing spinning around and my grip on the stone loosens and i can feel myself falling down slowly, the spinning fastens and i let go screaming and Johanna grabs my hand trying to pull me up as my feet touch the water. My hand slips from hers and i get pulled into the current and i cant breath as the water pulls me under, the water slows down and i reach the surface, gasping for air and i climb up the rock with help from Johanna and the others come running over to me.

"You okay" Peeta asks me and i put my thumb up as i cough up a load of water

"Lets just get what we need and get of this bloody island" Johanna says as Peeta helps me up"So besides Brutus and Enobaria who's left " I ask as we al sit on the sand under the tree

"Maybe Chaff. Just those three" Peeta says

"They're outnumbered, i doubt they'll attack again" Finnick says

"We're safe here on the beach" Peeta says as he sits on the tree branch

"So what do we do? We hunt them down" Johanna asks as i hear a girl scream

"Vic , help me!" it shouts and i jump up recognising the voice

"Katniss!" I yell running into the woods to find her "Katniss" i yell following her voice , ignoring the others who tell me to stop "Vic! Vic! " I hear Katniss scream as i reach where her voice is but i cant see her anywhere as i look around in panic and i get my bow and aim it at where the screaming is from and a bird flies away and the screaming stops.

"Victoria! You okay" Finnick asks as he reaches me

"Finnick!" A women shouts
"Annie!" Finnick yells as he runs to the voice and i chase after him

"Finnick stop ! Stop , its not her" i shout as i follow him

"Annie" Finnick shouts as he stops

"It's just a jabberjay. It's not her" I say to him

"Well where do you think they got that sound , Jabberyjays copy" Finnick says as i hear a male voice scream my name

"Haymitch" I mutter as i hear a load of screaming and a load of Jabberyjays fly towards us

"Run, come on , come on" Finnick shouts at me and we run away from them and back to the others, i run towards them but i get stopped and i crash into an invisible force field and i see Peeta saying something but all i hear is screams and i cant help at scream at how bad it hurts my head and i fall to the floor and scream on the ground.


"It's over. It's okay. They're gone, the hour is up . its alight" Peeta says as he helps me sit up and i gasp

" Katniss, they have her" i say between gasps

"No its okay there not gonna hurt her" Peeta says to me

"He's right if they tortured her or did anything to her, forget the districts there would be riots in the dam Capitol." Johanna says to me before looking upwards " Hey how does that sound Snow? What if we set your backyard on fire? You know you cant put everybody in here" She yells before looking back at us "They cant hurt me, no one left that i love. I'll get you some water" Johanna says to me before walking offWe are all sitting on the sand apart from Finnick who's lost in thought sitting in the shallow part of the water in front of us.

"Here yo go" Johanna says as she a shell with water in

"Thank you" i say taking a sip as she sits beside me "i have a plan" Beetee says to us "Finnick" Johanna calls and he comes over to us "Where do the careers feel safest? The jungle" Beetee says "The jungle's a nightmare" Johanna says "Probably here on the beach" Peeta says to Beetee "Then why are they not here" He asks us "Because we are. We claimed it" i say to him "And if we left, they would come" Beetee says to us "Or stay hidden in the tree line" Finnick adds in "Which in just four hours will be soaked in water from the 10:00 wave, And what happens at midnight" He asks us "Lightning strikes the tree" i say to him "Here's what i purpose, we leave the beach at dusk. We head to the lightning tree, that should draw them back to the beach. Prior midnight, we then run this wire from the tree to the water. Anyone in the water or on the damp sand will be electrocuted " Beetee explains and i pick up some of the damp sand

"How do we know the wire's not gonna burn up" Johanna asks him

"Because i invented it, i assure you it wont burn up" Beetee says and we all think about it and it does sound like a good idea that could work

"Well it's better then hunting them down" Johanna says

"Ye, why not. If it fails no harm done anyway, right?" i say to them all and Peeta nods in agreement

"All right, i say we try it" Peeta says

"So what can we do to help" I ask

"Keep me alive for the next six hours, that would be extremely helpful" Beetee says and it looks like we have a plan to prepare for.
