I am in my room in the mansion with Effie getting ready for the execution of Snow. I am a little nervous as everyone will be watching but this is the end of Snow, this is the end of the Hunger Games. I am wearing a new as my last one was ruined nd the one I wore before that was what I wore when I was pregnant. I have my bow and arrows on my back ready and I am wearing my Mockingjay pin and all my hair is out the way and my makeup looks pretty intimidating.

"Beautiful" Effie mutters as she finishes of sorting my bow out on my back.

I walk outside and their is a huge crowd of people watching either side of me and straight ahead is the stand where Coin is with some important people with her put a few hundred meters ahead is Snow. He is tied up to a concrete pole a bit like Gale was when he was wiped. About 5 meters in front of him there's Katniss, Peeta and Haymitch on one side and on the other side there is Annie, Beetee and Johanna. I walk down the middle staring straight ahead as drums play either side of me, as I get halfway down the pathway the survivors of the rebellion walk a bit behind me. I walk near to the others and the rebellion stop as I continue to walk so I am a few meters in front of the Victors and only a short distance away from Snow.

"Welcome to the new Panem. Today, on the Avenue of the Tributes, all of Panem, a free Panem will watch more than a mere spectacle. We are gathered to witness an historic of justice. Today the greatest friend to the revolution will fire the shot to end all wars. May her arrow signify the end of tyranny and the beginning of a new era. I load my bow and aim the arrow perfectly inline with Snow, I aim it straight at his heart but as I do I see Coin carefully watching me. The words of what Snow said to me linger in the back of my head and I aim the arrow at him, just as I let go of the arrow I aim it upwards towards Coin. It flies through the air and hits her straight in the chest and she falls down as the crowd gasp. The rebellion runs past me and over to a crackling Snow, I get pulled backwards as the rebellion angrily charge to Snow.

I get taken into a building and into a concrete room where the men close the doors behind me and lock them so I walk over to the end of the room and sit down near a pillar. I take my hair out, placing the clips on the floor as I begin to hum to myself a song that I sung when I wrote when on my victory tour

"I'll say this for you Vic, you don't disappoint. Well Plutarch gave me a letter for you" Haymitch tells me

"I don't want it" I tell him

"you don't make it easy do you? Ok I'll read it for you" Haymitch tells me

Maybe the country was shocked tonight by your arrow, but once again I was not. You were exactly who I believed you were. I wish I could give you a proper goodbye but with both Coin and Snow dead, the fate of the country will be decided tonight, and I can't be seen at your side. Tonight the 12 District leaders will call for a free election there's no doubt that Paylor will carry it. She's become the voice of reason. I'm so sorry so much burden fell on you I know you will never escape it but if I had to put you through it again for this outcome, I would. The war is over, we'll enter that sweet period where everyone agrees not to repeat the recent horrors. Of course we're fickle stupid beings with poor memories and a hreae gift for self-destruction. Although who knows? Maybe this time we'll learn. I've secured you a ride out of the Capitol it's better for you to be out of sight and when the time is right, Commander Paylor will pardon you. ,Haymitch and Katniss walk down the steps of the mansion with Elizabeth in her buggy and over to Effie who is waiting for us.

"I couldn't let you go without a proper goodbye" Effie tells us and she gives Katniss a hug "Take care dear" Effie tells her and I then give Effie a hug

"Thank you for everything" I tell her

"Your welcome dear" she tells me

"Effie don't be a stranger" Haymitch tells her

"Take care of her" Effie tells him

"Dont worry, I will" Haymitch tells her

"We will expect to see you at our wedding whenever it takes place" I tell her
