-Chapter 2_Part 6-
The layout of the school was different than Akemi remembered from the Open House.
There were four floors.
On the ground floor, there was the cafeteria, kitchen, the multipurpose room, the large gym, and the principal's office, which seemed to be locked.
The second floor was half 'Specials' block. Which was a whole section dedicated to rooms like the Art Room and TechEd Lab. The other half was an elaborate labyrinth of hallways.
The third was strictly dorms and the fourth floor was safe to say, the most amazing. There were no rooms, just plants. Everywhere. A single pathway from the stairwell ran all the way through the middle of the floor, sometimes branching off to get better looks at the foliage.
Akemi found himself in the Special's Block later in the day. He was exploring the TechEd lab, seeing if he could find any tools. He did, but none would be enough to break out. Further investigation discovered a drawer full of knives, missing just one from the extremely organized set. Akemi sighed.
"Of course, Why wouldn't Monokuma hide these here?" He said to himself. The engineer then paused. The ventilation system had turned off, leaving the lab deadly silent. Barring a distance-dripping sound. Akemi's blood ran cold. Something wasn't right.
The brunette followed the sound of the drips, leading him into the SexEd room. It was connected to the TechEd lab through a small, black door. He kept snooping until he came across a heavy-looking grey door. The dripping was very clearly coming from behind it. Please don't be what I think it is...
Akemi opened the large door, to a gut-wrenching sight.
There, hanging from a hook in the wall their tied hands rested upon, was a body. The corpse had cuts all over it, especially on the chest, or lack thereof. It was where the dripping came from. Their clothes were practically none existent, except for a piece of dark purple fabric seemingly stapled to their hips covering their genitals. Their face couldn't be seen, for Akemi hadn't dared to turn the light on, but from what he could see they had a circle of some sort of plant stapled to their head, which was dark,
and shaved to have the longest part covering their eye.
"No..."
Akemi stumbled backward, nothing truly registering in his brain until he hurled in a nearby trashcan. He stood shakily and took a deep breath, trying to go back and get a better look, or at least identify the body, but he could already tell it was Taro.
He took a few steps forward before his body failed him, and he passed out on the cold, stone floors.
(everything yall commented about Yutaro is really coming back to bite you now, huh? fuahahaha
