"Kon tha", Sana asked as he ended the call.

"Mera salaa", he replied.

"Oh! Baaz kya keh raha tha", she asked.

"Kal Qiran aur Baaz ghar aa rahe hai toh vahi batane ke liye call kiya tha usne", he replied.

"Mujhe toh ni btaya", she frowned.

"Sweetheart voh kisi kaam se araha tha toh tumhe bhi mil lega bas isiliye phone kiya tha", he clarified.

"kis time", she enquired.

"About 12",he told and she nodded walking off to the kitchen.

"Kya khayenge snacks ke liye", she asked.

"Kuj bhi", he stated nonchalantly walking behind her.

"Sewiyan banau", she grinned.

"Huh! Ladkiyon vali chize", he scoffed.

"Kyu humne naam likha hai apna", she said glaring him.

"Haan", he nodded.

"Ya Toh Yeh bata doh ki kya khana hai ya phir joh bol ri hoon voh bana rahi hoon mein", she said sternly.

"Banale Yaar joh banana hai", saying so he walked off.

She sighed and took out the container of vermicelli, measuring it as a half glass. She then put the container back and began chopping capsicum, garlic, onion, tomato, potato into small pieces. She first dry roasted the vermicelli in a pan and then saute all the veggies along with mustard seeds in one spoon of oil along with basic spices and then added the roasted vermicelli along with one and a half glass of water and covering it with the lid to simmer. Once done, she walked off towards their room removing the hand bag, she then took the thin sheets of single lined paper out which was of the students of her class as she has conducted a test today and she was supposed to check them up. So, till the time her vermicelli will get cooked she will be done checking some of them.

On the other hand, Sidharth was sitting in the living room waiting for her to finish and leave the kitchen so that he can call his mother and request her to pay a visit to them tommorow. He don't know if it's fair to call his mom for his own selfish reasons or not, but he don't have a choice at the moment as her brother will be coming tommorow and if someone will not be here from his side then it will going to be embarrassing and awkward. He finally took a deep breath as he saw her walking towards their room, as he picked his phone up to call his mother, who picked it up at the very first ring.

"Aai", he whispered softly not knowing how to start.

"Tula kahi bolyanch ahe ka(do you wanna say something)", she said sensing him and why would she not, she is his mother. Distance doesn't matter in such relations the still know you that deep to understand your silence.

"Voh aai actually Sana ke ghar se call aya tha unke yaha koi rasam hoti hai I mean voh choora dalte hai toh voh utarne ka time agya hai toh voh log kal aaenge maykka vale hone ke nate lekin voh rasam mother in law karti hai toh aap I mean", he said in one go and then sighed.

"Toh tum chahte ho ke hum vaha aye", she said completing his unsaid words.

"Ji aai", he reluctantly nodded.

"Thik hai", she nodded.

"Aap aaoge sachi mein", he asked again wanting to confirm.

"Haan beta afcourse meri bahu ki ceremony hai why won't I abhi tak janti nahi thi aab janti hoon toh apni bahu ki rasmein kaise nahi puri karungi aur fer mere bete ki izzat ki bhi toh baat hai", she said enthusiastically.
