College sweethearts Raegan and Jiles ended on rocky terms but when Jiles is traded to the Boston Celtics, the same city Raegan has just moved to to escape her old life, will they meet again and rekindle what they once had or will they let go of each...
After five unbearable months of not knowing if the baby was a boy or girl we were finally finding out. I had just told the world I was pregnant a week or two ago and my family and friends found out almost two months ago. Jiles and I were so eager to know what we were having the build up to finding out was frustrating. I asked everyone to keep it simple this time around. I only wanted my close friends and family there and I didn't want a huge production like last time. Some confetti cannons or a cake would be just fine.
"Grab a pin on your way in," Kyle instructed pointing to a box of "Team Boy" and "Team Girl" pins. Her and Remi had planned everything. I walked into my own house looking around at everything like I had never been inside before. The decorations were minimalist but beautiful at the same time. There was a balloon arch everyone could take photos under and some games to guess what the gender was. After I made my plate and got a few good bites in, we played an old wives tale game to predict the gender.

"Any morning sickness?"
"Um, a little bit," I said. I couldn't see the sign that everyone else was looking at so I had no clue if my answers were going towards boy or girl.
"Have your cravings been for salty or sweet foods?" I looked in the air trying to think of what my cravings had mostly consisted of.
"Salty," I finally decided.
"Have you been relaxed or moody?" I thought about that one some, too. Besides having some anxiety about being pregnant again I felt pretty calm.
"Relaxed," I said and Jiles had to chime in.
"Yeah, cuz she was crazy when she was pregnant with Dream, I'm glad she ain't like that this time around," he yelled out. I flipped him off then went back to answering questions. When Remi was done asking questions she tallied the answers up.
"Based off of Rae's answers, she should be having..." she stopped dramatically, tapping her fingers on the board like a drumroll. "A boy," she said happily. I smiled some knowing in my heart I wanted a boy but I didn't want to say it out loud and jinx it.
