Raegan's POV

I sat over the toilet throwing up even though I hadn't eaten anything yet. My period was supposed to be coming soon so I was waiting to see if I missed it or not to decide if I needed to take a pregnancy test. For some reason I didn't feel any sense of urgency to know this time around. If it happened it happened and if not we'd try again.

I cleaned myself up, brushed my teeth and got ready for the day. It was the first game of the season which was a big deal to all of us. Jiles' family was flying in and for the first time my family would be coming to Boston as well to watch Jiles play. I had been slowly but surely building a better bond with my dad and step-mom. The relationship with my siblings was the easiest. I loved them all so much. Having four siblings after not having any at all was the coolest feeling ever. All of them were so funny and even though we just met it was like we were all so similar. They were coming over later to eat and get ready for the game so I was trying to get myself under control.

"Good morning. Good morning. Good morning to you," I sang to Dream. She danced around in her crib, trying to sing, too. I loved my morning routine with her. I picked her up, changing her pull-up before taking her downstairs to eat some breakfast. Jiles had been up for a few hours already, working out downstairs but of course he made his way into the kitchen when he smelled food.

"Can you make the sausage I like?" he asked, shuffling through the fridge. When he found the package he handed it to me, grinning.

"Only cuz it's game day. Any other day I'd tell you make your own," I said, being difficult just to mess with him. I set the sausage next to everything else I was making and began cooking.

"GAMEDAY!!!" he yelled, scaring Dream. "It's gameday baby!" he said in her face, making her laugh. "You gonna play with Dada Dreamy?" I watched him pick her up and play around with her before setting her back in her high chair.

I made the three of us breakfast and sat down to enjoy it with them.

"What's the plan for today?" Jiles asked after he was able to take a few good bites.

"My family is coming over around one. We'll probably eat some like lunch type of food here then head to the arena. Did you order some cars?" I asked. It was too many of us to drive in one car so we'd need multiple to take us to the arena.

"Let me do that now. What time will you guys leave here? Four?" he asked and I nodded my head yes. The game was at four thirty but it didn't take us long to get to the arena since we were already pretty much downtown. "K, they'll be here at three forty five," he said, setting his phone back down.

"Are you excited for the new season?" I asked, smiling. It was year four for him and I was ready to see all that he would accomplish this year.

"Yeah. I think I got my mind in a better place than it was last year," he said. After he lost last season is took a toll on our relationship for sure. There were times I didn't think we'd make it to our wedding day but here we were three months in. It still felt like the honeymoon phase for sure and I never wanted it to end.

We finished eating and I gathered our plates, setting them in the dishwasher. I went back over and sat in Jiles' lap like a baby, wanting him to hold me.

"You so little," he laughed as I pulled my feet onto his lap, too. He kissed me a few times before holding me tightly. The silence wasn't an awkward one. It was more of that we loved each other but we didn't even have to say it type of silence. Dream ruined it by banging her hands on her high chair and we laughed.

"Whatchu singing, mama?" Jiles smiled. I could hear her trying to sing the good morning song but her words weren't all there yet.

"Good morning, good morning, good morning to you. Good morning, good morning, good morning to Pooh!" I sang with her, making her smile.
