College sweethearts Raegan and Jiles ended on rocky terms but when Jiles is traded to the Boston Celtics, the same city Raegan has just moved to to escape her old life, will they meet again and rekindle what they once had or will they let go of each...
"That was a disappointing game for sure. We lost by 14 points that could've been made up in a lot of ways," Coach Stevens said. We were in the locker room after our game against the 76ers and we had just lost, 93-107. I had 21 points that game and was proud of that but it still wasn't enough. I had a tendency of putting losses on myself. I replayed the game over and over thinking of all the chances I could've taken to even the score up or get back in the lead. I had to remind myself what was done was done, all I could do now was work harder for our next game. I had big plans for this team and I wasn't letting a loss get in the way of that. It was still disappointing that our first game of the season was a loss, though.
"Good job tonight," one of the rookies, Malachi Thybulle said to me, patting my shoulder once our team meeting was over.

"Ppreciate it," I said, turning and collecting my stuff from my locker. I expected him to be gone when I turned around but he was still there.
"I heard some of the guys were going out to eat, can I join?" he asked and I shrugged. I hadn't even heard what the teams plans were. I wasn't into that whole rookie treatment some of the vets gave. I was picked on a little as a rookie but I'd rather just be coo with them then try to bully them to make up for what I went through.
"You can roll with me. I don't know what the plans are, though," I said. His face lit up and he dapped me and went to his locker to get his belongings. I sat down, taking a break for a moment to text Raegan. She had texted me as soon as the game was over with some encouraging words. She knew I hated losing.
"You invited rookie?" Zamir said, walking up to me.
"Yeah, he's rolling with me tonight," I stated, slipping my phone into my pocket.
"Nigga, you're trippin," he smacked his lips. I shrugged, not caring what they had to say. We left the Wells Fargo Center not too long after that and headed to the hotel to shower and get ready for dinner. I threw on something light and made my way to the lobby to see what the plan was.
