Hades entered the feast hall where all the Olympian gods were gathering at the dinner table. He walked towards the table while all of the other gods were looking at him. Hades rarely went out of the underworld so he didn't interact much with the other gods. He was admired by his siblings, feared and respected by the other gods. Kore was already amazed by all the figures around the table, but Hades entrance intimidated her more. Hades sat at the chair next to Hermes, in front of Kore, and proceeded to take a sip of the wine.

- "Brother!" Zeus yelled excited.
- "It's been a few centuries now since I last saw you." Says Poseidon while smiling.
- "Work's getting busier." Says Hades with an unamused face.
- "Well now that we're all here, let's make a toast." Zeus says while standing up and making a hand gesture for all the gods to stand up.
Everyone stood up, including Kore. She's shaking and heavy breathing. Hades looked at her and when their eyes met, she quickly looked down in fear. He noticed that she was nervous and perhaps afraid of him, so he stood with a tough face, facing Zeus avoiding the eye contact with her.
- "A toast for us divinities, for our victories and our long reign." Zeus said raising his glass.
All gods sat again while drinking from their glasses.
- "Kore, welcome to Olympus child." Zeus said looking at Kore, all the other gods looked too.
- "Thank you your highness." Kore says shyly.
- "Child." Zeus says with a smile. "We call ourselves by name, you can call me father."
- "Thanks...father." Kore responded nervously.
- "Don't be shy, girl. You're a goddess... act like one." Hera says annoyed.
- "Hera" Demeter says subtly.
- "Hera don't be harsh on the kid, she has never been here. She's probably afraid. On top of that, Athena here sat next to her mother." Poseidon says jokingly while looking at Kore.
- "Oh no, is okay." Kore says smiling back.
- "You are truly fair." Aphrodite says to Kore. "I'm Aphrodite." She says with a beautiful smile.
- "Nice to meet you." Says Kore overwhelmed by all the attention.
All gods introduced themselves to Kore, except for Hades. He knew, she knew who his was. The gods ate and got out to the Olympus garden. There were all the minor gods such as Aphrodite's children, and all the nymphs that were allowed near the gods. Kore was fascinated with the place. It was an actual dream come true for the goddess of Spring. The garden was like her garden, back in the human realm, but bigger and filled with trees so high up you couldn't see the top. The stars flew through them making the place seem magical. Kore was confident. After the dinner with the gods they looked pretty amicable to her, except Hades. She was not too afraid of him, but curious. He didn't talk much and she thought he was not full of himself, like the other gods that told her many stories of their feats. They were all yelling why they were better than the other, but not Hades...He was quiet, barely touched the food. On the garden she walked towards her mother.
- "Mother." Kore uttered.
- "My darling girl, you did great in there." Demeter said touching her shoulder.
- "Thanks mother, have you seen Nereid?" Kore asked.
- "I haven't dear, but found her quickly. As soon as this is over I want her to take you home." Demeter ordered.
Kore started walking through the garden, looking for the nymph while some minor gods and other nymphs looked at her when she passed by, drawn by her pure aura and her bright hair. She couldn't find Nereid at simple sight, but what she saw was Hades walking towards an eerie part of the garden. It was darker and the trees where much closer to each other. She discreetly followed after him but lost sight of him in those woods. She walked a little further just to see if she could catch up, but nothing. She turned around to go back to the party and Hades was standing behind her. She was startled since he was so close; the only things she could identify well were his bright yellow eyes, his white hair and his big figure which made her feel scared at that moment.
- "You startle me!" She said while heavy breathing and backing up.
- "Come." He said with a deep voice and his rough face.
