The Party Pt.1

Everyone had left after saying goodbye to my dead body. Well, I was forced to lay still, and not move. It was so difficult not to comfort Jenna and Jeremy. It was a shame that I couldn't, but Damon said he'd compel them to think that none of it happened once I could control everything.

I feel the same as I did before but I also feel a bit different, if that makes sense. There's something in me that's changed and I don't know what it is.

"Maya?" "Hm?" "You ok?" "Yeah" "You look like you have something on your mind" "No, I'm alright" I wonder if Stefan has ever felt like this. And if he could help me out, because I'm so confused on what to do right now! I don't wanna ask Damon, even though he's been helping me through this.

"Maya" I sigh and say, "I feel like myself but there's something in me that's changing and I don't know what it is" "I'm sure it's just the nerves of being a new vampire" "No Damon, I'm telling you, something in me is changing" He just brushed it off, exactly what I thought he'd do.

But whatever, guess I'll find out whatever it is whenever it happens right?

So Damon is taking me to go on my first feed. "I think we should go to a party, full of drunk people, there'd be no witnesses, and... We can just... Party" He said and I laugh. "You know I love to party" "How would I know that?" "I don't know" I laugh and so does he.

~Damon~
Maya agreed to come to a party for her first feed and I have a feeling, this is gonna be fun. While her and I are out, I asked Caroline to have Bonnie make Maya a daylight ring.

I've never seen Maya party before, but based on her everyday personality, it should be fun as hell. Maya's personality is a lot like Caroline's: bubbly, peppy, hyper as hell. According to Elena, and I've seen videos that Elena has taken of her throughout the years.

I'm damn excited for this party! 🥳🥳

~Maya~
"I'm excited! I've only been to like one party anyway and it was ruined by asshole Junior" "Whose the original asshole" "You" I smirked and he playfully pushed me as we laugh.

As we got closer I heard the music and there was some dudes with some beers 🍺. He looks in one of the guys' eyes and tells him to give him his drink.

  "How'd you-?" "I compeled him" "Huh! How?" "You know what?" "What?" "We need to go shopping and get you a sexier outfit, because this isn't gonna work here" "What's that supposed to mean?" I asked putting my hand on my hip and raising an eyebrow.

"Come on, let's just go" "Ugh, fine"

"That is definitely gonna work" "I know" He chuckled and shook his head. "That's why I wore it, Damon" "Ok, Maya" As we were walking towards the party, a group of guys was checking me out and I flipped my hair from over my shoulder to my back sexily.

Damon chuckled as he turned around and grabbed one of their drinks. "Uh, hey! Give that back!" He looked in his eyes and said, "Your gonna give me this drink and not give me trouble" "Here, take my drink" "Sure, thanks buddy... Oh and, uh, stop checking her out" "We'll stop checking her out" I had my hand on my hip and when he turned around he smirked.

"What?" "Why'd you do that?" "Do what?" "Tell them that" "Tell them to stop checking you out?" "No Damon" I said sarcastically. "Because Maya, your Stefan's, we just gotta find him first" "Ugh" I rolled my eyes.

I grabbed the beer out of his hand and drank some of it. He rolled his eyes and I spit out the drink. "Ugh! What is this?!" "You've never had alcohol!" "No I'm a good kid, Damon!" "Just keep drinking it, you'll get used to it!" "Ok, I bet you know what your talking about!" He side eyed me and I smirked.

I kept drinking it and it ended up being pretty good. "Is this gonna get me drunk?!" "Vampires can't get drunk unless they just sit around and drink all day and night!" "Hm, interesting!"
