"Not much has been happening lately, just lots of classes. But you know what? I'm actually glad that I haven't crossed paths with Muhammad again since he dropped me off that day.

Speaking of school, I can't wait to be done with it and finally take a break. Ameerah and Yusrah invited me to a party, but I'm not interested at all. I'm not really into all that partying stuff. I'd rather just chill by myself, you know?

Although today, I'm feeling a bit lazy. It's already 1:30 PM, so I decided to freshen up. I performed ablution and prayed, then took a nice, refreshing shower.

Afterward, I sat in front of the vanity and applied some cream. Standing up, I headed to my clothes shelves and picked out my black jeans and white shirt. I slipped into them and put my hair up in a messy bun. Oh, and I wore my black belted jacket too.

I thought, why not go out and explore the city? So, I quickly put on my shoes and dashed out of the apartment. I found a taxi and it dropped me off at the International Park.

As I strolled through the park, I couldn't help but admire the serene scene. The river glimmered with fishermen on their gliders, while the lush green bushes exuded a vibrant energy.

Walking alongside the pond, I marveled at the majestic sycamore tree and the graceful willows swaying in the breeze. The fish gracefully swam in the water, and the reflection of the wildflowers created a beautiful sight. A smile formed on my lips, captivated by the tranquility of it all.

Facing the mountains and the valley ahead, I took in the sight of the lush green trees and the clusters of pale yellow flowers on the edge of the woods. It felt like a delicate lace adorning the landscape.

The blue sky was adorned with fluffy white clouds drifting lazily in the gentle breeze. I find a spot on the glittering sand, gently placing my feet in the cool water. The breeze brushed against my skin, creating a soothing sensation.

With a smile on my face, I can't help but express my admiration for the beautiful surroundings. And then, out of nowhere, I heard his voice saying, "Yes, the view is beautiful, but not more than you." I spun around to see him standing there, wearing a million-dollar smile.

"What the hell brought you here? Are you using a tracker to follow me everywhere I go?" I felt a mix of frustration and confusion in that moment.

"Well, hello there, Miss Bumper! Is this your new way of saying hey to me?" came his deep and melodic voice, sending chills racing down my spine.

I can't help but notice that my heart always skips a beat when I hear his voice. It's been a while," he said, breaking the silence as he sat beside me. My heart flutters, and the butterflies in my stomach go wild.

We both fell into a comfortable silence, gazing up at the sky. The sky was a masterpiece, adorned with deep oranges, bright pinks, and light baby blue colors. The clouds seemed to part, casting a perfect shadow on the already unbelievable sight.

"What do you think of when you hear the word 'love'? Do you think of someone special?" he questioned, breaking the silence.

I shot him a weird looked , "Why do you ask?"

"Just curious!" he replied.

"Well, all I know is that love isn't always happiness. It can be hard, really hard. You can experience moments of peace, but sometimes it feels like a war."
