Walking back to Sarah and Austin with our papers I toss them onto the desk, and sit down in my chair.

"What do we do?" Austin asks and both him and Sarah look at me.

"Don't look at me I wasn't paying attention"

"Well then lets not do it" Austin suggests and we all agree, sitting back in our chairs. My phone buzzes in my pocket and I pull it out seeing a text from Austin's mom.

From: Mama

I need your help after school! Like it's urgent! I don't know what to do!

I grin at her message, finding it adorable how frantic she seems. I text her back telling her I'll be there and wait for the damn bell to ring. When it finally does I hurry out of class and speed to Austin's house hoping I beat him there.

I walk into his house seeing Mama in the kitchen, she looks relieved when she sees me and pulls me into a hug.

"So what do you need help with?"

"Austin's birthday" She says "It's next month and I want to give him a surprise birthday party since he's turning 19"

"He;s turning 19?" I ask and she laughs.

"Yeah, he doesn't really tell people how old he is"

"Yeah, well when exactly is it?"

"April 4th"

"Okay well that's over Spring Break and if you need to, you can use my beach house, it's in Miami though so I don't think we could invite like the whole school, but uh if you want like AC, Zach, Robert and Sarah"

"What about you?"

"Oh right" I force a laugh.

"That's actually a great idea, would your mom allow it?" She asks.

"Of course, my mom doesn't really use it anyways, just me and my brothers during the summertime, I'm actually planning on moving there after highschool"

"That's great! We'll set it all up soon, he'll be so excited"

"Mom, what's going on?"

"Well, I called Noah earlier and asked her to come over after school, to help me with something, she's also staying for dinner" She grins looking over at me.

"Great" He forces a smile, and I smirk, winking at him. He walks back up to his room while Mama and I start dinner.

When we're done, the food smells heavenly, and it makes my mouth water "Well, I'd say we did a pretty good job" Mama laughs and I nod in agreement.

"Can you go get Austin for me?"

"Yeah, of course" I smile and walk up the steps, taking a wild guess at which door, belongs to the incredibly attractive Austin. I open the door at the end of the hallway and smirk in victory when I'm hit with the smell of his cologne.

I step inside seeing Austin scrolling through his phone and he looks up when he hears the door creak "Your mom said to come down for dinner"

"Okay" He stands up and walks out of the room following me downstairs. We all sit down at the table, and begin eating, the room nearly silent, besides all the sounds of forks scraping against plates.
