This chapter is really short, but only because it's the last one, and I'll be posting the Epilogue soon after this.

Austin lays in his hospital bed, his hand gripped tightly by his daughter Avalina as she cries softly into her free hand. Austin tries his best to lightly squeeze her hand, trying to reassure her, that he'll, be alright. 

"Daddy, I don't want you to go" She sobs.

"It'll be alright, everything will be fine" He rasps "I'll be with your mother" Austin musters up a smile at the thought of finally being able to see his beloved wife again.

"But you can't die yet! Mom died too early! You can't too!" Ava cries.

"Princess, you'll be alright" He rubs his thumb over her knuckles "Promise me something" 

"Anything"

"Go to the miami house, and in the closet in your mom and I's bedroom on the top shelf is a book, I want you to keep it, read it whenever you have doubts. Okay?"

"Okay Daddy" She nods.

Austin reminisces on all the times he's had as a family with Ava and Noah, and how it was cut short when Noah overdosed one night. Nothing had ever been the same, having Noah die, at the young age of 42, sent the whole family into a depression. But nothing compared to how Austin felt. He lost the one woman who he fought so hard for, but lost so easily.

"Daddy no" Avalina screams, hearing the heart monitor flat line.

Doctor's said it was a heart attack. Avalina said it wasn't true. Austin knew, it was a broken heart.
