I'm sorry I haven't updated but I've literally already been swamped with school work and I'm so sorry about it.

I have another idea, but instead of writing everything out, it's already up, and it will be started once this one is finished, so you should go and check out, I know it'll be really good, and it'll be different then my other stories :)

I also have like 4 covers and I didn't know which one to choose, so I literally did eenie meanie miney moe, lol is that even how you spell it XD

I'm working on putting a cover on it, but it won't assign from the app.

This is short, and I think this story may end in 2 more chapters, instead of 8, I'm sorry :(((((

"Come on, we need to get you to school" Noah tells Ava, who's starting her first day of high school. She's grown up so fast, and I hadn't even realized it, it seems like just yesterday we were taking her home from the hospital.

"Alright, alright" Ava sighs, grabbing her lunch "Bye dad" She comes over and hugs me.

"Bye Princess" I kiss the top of her head, and she groans.

"Dad, I'm 14 stop calling me that"

"Come on Ava" Noah laughs, hugging me tightly, kissing my jaw "I'll see you later" She winks, walking out of the house.

Noah and I never had another kid, not by choice however.

"It's fucking useless!" Noah yells, throwing yet again another pregnancy test out "I don't know what's wrong" She cries, and I pull her into my chest.

"It's okay baby" I rub her back.

"I'm going into call the doctor" She whispers, wiping her tears. She leaves the rooms, she comes back after about ten minutes "He said he'd see me within the hour"

"Alright, come on" I stand up, grabbing the car keys, and driving to the doctors.

"So I've realized the problem, you have no healthy eggs, the thing about females, is that unlike men, who make new sperm per day, women are born with eggs, and that's all they get. Having unhealthy eggs can result in infertility, as well as deformities if you do get pregnant, so the best thing is for you to not have children"

"But we already have a daughter" Noah sniffs.

"I don't want to offend, but in reality it was luck, she seems fine?"

"She has dyslexia, but that's never been a major problem"

"Dyslexia is also hereditary, so once again your daughter may have been just luck, but to prevent any deformities, I would refrain from having children"

\FlashBack Over/

For the next few days Noah hadn't talked, or eaten, I can tell she's still upset, even though it was years ago, but we both wanted more kids.

"I'm back" Noah smiles, walking into the house.

"Hey baby" I grin, opening my arms for her.

"You should've seen her when I dropped her off, she looked so scared" Noah chuckles "I shouldn't laugh"

"She'll be alright" I laugh, my phone buzzing right after, Ava's contact coming up.

Mom laughed at me when she dropped me off, and it hurt my feelings 😔

I'm sorry Princess, I still love you though

Ugh dad you suck

"Is that her?" Noah asks, and I nod.

"She's complaining about you"

"I love her, and even if we can't have more kids, I'm glad we have her" Noah whispers into my neck.

"Me too, she's our little miracle"

"She's not so little anymore, next thing we know, she'll be in college"

"We just have to cherish the time we have with her now"
