I lay half awake staring at the clock on my night stand. If I don't get up now, I'll be late for school. Haha I'm already late. I already missed half of first period.

"Noah! Why are you still here?" My mom yells when she walks into my room.

"Well mom, why are you in my room? I mean if you thought I was at school then why do you feel the need to enter my room?" I ask adding some sass.

"That's not important" She mumbles looking at her feet.

"You can't have my stash mom" I roll my eyes and sigh getting out of bed.

"Whatever Noah go to school" She sighs and leaves the room.

I groan and stretch out my arms and legs putting on my glasses and finding a simple outfit. I throw on my clothes and do all my other morning necessities before grabbing my lunch and getting in my car to drive to school. When I get there the bell for the end of first period rings and I walk to the office.

"Hello dear, what do you need?" The secretary asks sweetly.

"I need a late slip" I tell her and she nods.

"Name?" She asks grabbing a pen.

"Noah Bradley"

"Here you go sweetie" She smiles and hands me the green slip of paper. I mutter a small 'thanks' before leaving the office and having my arm yanked by someone.

"I need to talk to you" The voice says angrily and I look to see Sarah.

"What's wrong?"

"So I talked to Austin" She begins with a sigh "He's a real dick you know? He's saying that you actually called Taylor that and that he won't be your friend and shit" She hisses.

"Sarah, I don't give a fuck honestly, like if he doesn't wanna believe me that's on him because with this booty, he's missing out on a lot" I giggle.

"You're so stupid, Now let's go the bell rung a long ass time ago."

We quickly walk to chemistry and open the door all eyes turning to us.

"Ladies" The teacher frowns "You will both be joining Mr. Mahone in detention" He informs us causing Sarah to groan and me to gulp nervously. I don't want to have detention with Austin.

"Now hurry and go take your seats" He hisses.

"Class I have to go to a meeting the sub will be here soon"

I walk in front and avoid looking in Austin's direction as I take my seat, Sarah following closely behind me.

"Real mature Sarah" I hear Austin mutter.

"Shut the fuck up" She hisses at him.

"Shut the fuck up" He mocks her causing her to turn around.

"Don't fucking mock me" She says through gritted teeth.

And he just had to do it again...
