Ch. 22: Explaining Church

The next day, Akiko woke up as everyone else did the same. It was still Saturday, and they had to get to a plane to head to Tennessee, which was in America, to go to Church. Akiko sprang from her bed as Akito and the others were already awake and getting ready, but Luca and Alberto were still asleep. After Akiko got ready for Church, she ran to Luca and Alberto's room and woke them up. "Get up. Wake up!" Akiko exclaimed excitedly as she shook Luca to wake him up. Luca jumped as he woke up. "Ah! What?" He hollered, waking Alberto up.
"What's the rush, Akiko?" Alberto asked.
"It's time to go!" Akiko exclaimed.
"Meaning?" Alberto questioned.
"We have to catch the plane to go to Tennessee, which is far from here. We have Church today!" Akiko replied. Luca and Alberto were curious. "Church?" Alberto asked.
"Yes! It's a place we gather to learn about Jesus. You'll find out more when we get there." Akiko said. Luca and Alberto nodded as they got out of their beds to get ready for Church. After everyone was ready for Church, Atsuko and Akihiko, who were back from their jobs, led the Kids out of the Apartment. "So, where do you go to Church?" Alberto asked.
"We go to Antioch Church of Christ." Aiko answered.
"Where's that again?" Luca questioned as he looked around.
"It's in Tennessee somewhere." Bella said.
"But we're in Japan. How does that work?" Alberto replied.
"We go on a plane, which takes 13 hours, and Church starts at 8:30. We're leaving here now, at 6:00 P.M, so when we get there, we'll be early by an hour and thirty minutes." Akiro said shyly as he pointed to an Airport.
"Oh, yeah!" Toby replied. The walk to the Airport took about five minutes, and as soon as they got there, Atsuko showed her ID as the Employee verified it. "良い旅を。" The Employee said kindly.
"ありがとがぞいます。" Atsuko smiled as she, along with the others, climbed into the Plane. Moments later, the Plane took. During the travel, Akiko, Bella, Trollex, and Toby talked to Luca and Alberto about Church. "So, what is Church about?" Luca asked.
"Well, to sum it all up, it's where we all gather to worship our Savior, Jesus, who died on the Cross for all of us." Akiko explained.
"So, lemme get this straight. Jesus died, like sacrificed himself for us?" Alberto questioned.
"Exactly!" Bella replied. Luca and Alberto both nodded in approval. "That's deep, and I love it." Alberto said as Luca agreed. Akiko smiled. "Well, wait till we get there!" She said as she winked.
