Titan Boy

Grim stood up gathering all she needed for todays deliberation that determine Eren Yeager fate, a knock was heard on her door. "Enter." She says. "General Smith!" Hange salute with a wide smile, Miche following suit. "Good Morning Commander Hange, Commander Zacharius. Please retrieve Mr. Yeager, we are ready for him." Grim orders while putting on her jacket. "Yes ma'am! Right away ma'am!" Hange ran out of the room at the speed of light, Miche and Grim blink at the now empty spot. Grim sigh at her hyper commander, "You know she just want to impress you." Miche said. "Yeah, all the more reason why it may kill me." Grim mumbles. "I'll see you inside General." Miche allow her to leave before him closing her door.

Grim found her way into the court, every soldiers salute her as she walk in. She nod making her way to stand next to Erwin and Levi. As the doors open and Eren enters all eyes were on him, some in awe most in fear. Grim knew this was going to be a long battle but the Scouts were ready, at least in appearance really everything was riding on chance, she did marry a betting man after all.

Grim can see just how young Eren truly is, she watch as he looked around the courtroom seeing what she guess was his friends by the look on his face. His attention turn to Erwin, than Levi, finally to her. His eyes widen as he spotted the General of the Scouts.

Eren couldn't' believe that less than a few feet away stood the famous Grim Reaper of the Scouts if not the whole military. Eren was told that she was pretty, but he wasn't expecting her to be as beautiful as she is in person. Despite her scars, she had a scary beauty to her. Her eyes were what capture him the most, they were the most unusual eyes he ever seen. Eren was so focused on Grim that he almost missed Primer Zachary speaking.

"Your name is Eren Yeager and as a Soldier you have sworn to give up your life when called to. For the good of the people, is that correct?" Zachary asked. Eren blink trying to get his brain to catch up, "Yes." Zachary continues, "As an enlisted solider during a time of war military doctrine demands your tribunal be held as a court-martial. As Commander of our armed forces, this matter is left to my discretion." Zachary sternly stare at the young boy, "Thus I will decided whether you live or die. Any objections?" Zachary asked once again. Eren shook his head, "No sir."

Grim had to give him credit, the boy was respectful and knew what he was up against. Apparently Zachary agree as well. "Your astuteness is appreciated. Let us proceed." Grim let out a small breath, so far the kid was proving he wasn't a completely mindless monster despite what the repots said.

Zachary raise his papers as he explain the situation to everyone in the courtroom, "A choice must be made and the decision on what Regiment take custody of you will determine your fate. The Military Police or the Scout Regiment, to begin the Military Police will now present their case."

Grim attention turn to Erwin old military buddy Nile Dawk. "Thank you, my name is Nile Dawk. I am Commander of the Military Police, our recommendation following a thorough examination of his physiology subject Eren Yeager should be disposed of immediately." Eren listen intently as Nile continues, "We acknowledge that Yeager ability played part in turning back the latest Titan incursion. However as has been stated his mere existence is creating a swell of rebellious sentiment, we should see him as a falling warrior of humanity."

Grim stopped listening as a crazed priest went on about who know what, Zachary turn his attention her Regiment. "Now, I'd like to hear the Scout Regiments proposed plan." "Yes sir. As the Commander of the Survey Corp I, Erwin Smith propose the following:" Erwin turn his attention to the young boy. "Let Erwin join our ranks. Reinstate him as a full member of the Scouts and we will utilize his Titan ability to retake Wall Maria. That is all." 

The Scouts can hear the mutters of the courtroom at Erwin abrupt proposal, "Hm? Is that it?" Zachary asked turning his attention to Grim for clarification, she nods backing Erwin completely "Yes. With his assistance sir I'm also certain we can reclaim Wall Maria. Ergo I believe our top priority is perfectly clear."  Erwin argues.
