Can You Feel It?

Chapter 42

Okay, guys and gals I don't know too much about weddings so you guys have to bear with me. And If you didn't read yesterdays update go do that. Anyway on with the last chapter before my bonus's...

Raeni sat in a chair while Alice did her makeup, she was so excited in a few hours she was going to be married to the love of her life. She wasn't even excited for her actual wedding she was excited for what would quickly follow.... the honeymoon.

The couple had decided to get married not too far from the place they had their first date over a year ago, and much to everyone's surprise it was Emmett's idea, he also got to pick their honeymoon spot.

Raeni only hoped that Emmett didn't pick somewhere like Vegas, she didn't really want to spend her honeymoon gambling.

Hopefully, he took her somewhere nice and sunny somewhere they could have lots of undisturbed sex.

"You look beautiful," Samara said entering the room Caius following closely behind... "I never thought I'd physically be here for your wedding."

"I'm glad you're here," Raeni said looking between her parents getting teary-eyed. "The both of you."

"Don't start crying! You'll mess up my masterpiece." Alice whined quickly dabbing Raeni's eyes.

"When does this wedding start?" Gabby asked from the bed. "I'm starting to get hungry."

"The wedding starts in ten minutes, you can wait," Alice said squinting her eyes. "I knew this would happen. I told you to eat before we started getting ready."

While Alice and Gabby argued Caius made his way to Raeni's side with a small smile.

"Are you sure this is what you want to do? Marriage is a big step, trust me I know." Caius said taking her hand in his. "I just wanted to make sure this is what you want. Whatever you chose I'll be on your side... I want the best for you and the twins."

"Besides meeting you and mom, and having the twins meeting Emmet has been one of the best things that have ever happened to me. I love him, dad."

"I know I just thought I'd ask." He said putting a piece of hair behind her ear. "You look beautiful, just like a princess."

"And you look handsome just like a King."

"What about me?" Samara asked putting her hands on her hips.

"You look beautiful my love."

"Mom you look great, you put Queens everywhere to shame."

"You right you right I'm a bad bitch."

"She's been hanging out with Aunt Marie hasn't she?" Raeni asked Caius.

"Yeah.... When you went to sleep after your bachelorette party Marie took her to another male strip club. When Marcus found out...."

"I already know Marie for an earful."

"It's time to go! It's time to go!" Alice said getting everyone's attention. "The weddings about to start everyone get in a car!! 

Before Raeni knew it she was being walked down the aisle by her father's side while 'here comes the bride' played in the background.

At the end of the aisle stood a teary-eyed Emmett Cullen who had been staring at Raeni since she made an appearance. 

When Emmett first saw Raeni he thought he was dreaming until he remembered that he couldn't sleep, he was really about to marry the love of his life and the mother of his children.

When Raeni reached his side and Carlisle began talking the couple zoned out staring deep into each others eyes finding nothing but love for each other.

"Emmett, do you take this woman to be your wife? Do you promise to love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, in sickness and in health as long as you both shall live?"

"I do." He said never taking his eyes off Raeni.

"Raeni, do you take this man to be your husband? Do you promise to love him, comfort him, honor and keep him, in sickness and in health as long as you both shall live?"

"I do."

"Repeat after me. I take you, this day as my wife/husband. I promise to walk by your side forever as your best friend and your soul mate. You are my beloved one and I am proud to marry you. I promise to support your dreams and to be there for you all our lives."

After Raeni and Emmett repeated after Carlisle they exchanged the rings their son had brought them, Malik had made an adorable ring bear.

"May God bless you and keep you. Emmett and Raeni, by the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. Groom, you may kiss the bride."

Emmett pulled Raeni into a breathtaking kiss while the crowd behind them cheered for them and their union.

"I love you," Raeni said pulling away to catch her breath.

"I love you too."

The reception was almost as beautiful as the wedding. Everyone was laughing,  dancing, and/ or eating thanks to Raeni's special flowers.

Everyone was having the time of their lives and for the first time, Raeni had everyone she loves in one place.

"May I have this dance?" Emmett asked his new wife.

"Of course."

The pair danced like they were the only two in the room and anyone who looked at them could feel the love radiating off of the two.

"Can you feel it?" Emmett asked causing Raeni to squint her eyes.

"Can I feel what?"

"Can you feel my love for you?"

Raeni nodded her head tears in her eyes, in just a few years Emmett had become her lover, her children's father, and the love of her life.

She didn't know what she'd do without him and Emmett felt the exact same way.

This was the beginning of forever.

I know this chapter is a little short but I don't know much about weddings, that's why a lot of things were cut from Carlisle's preacher speech. I also wanted to let you all know that this is the last chapter everything after this will be bonus chapters.
