Caught You~ Villain Deku x Todoroki

Chapter 5

I'm sorry it's been a while since the last update, I haven't had a ton of inspiration lately but I'm trying. I hope you're enjoying reading :)

Deku's POV

I wake up to find Eri snuggled up against Shoto. Her face hidden from my veiw, being barried in his chest. Shoto's features are soft and relaxed. He looks at peace. I gently move a lock of his red hair behind his ear.

Yesterday Denki and I figured out a way to try and help him. I don't want Todoroki to be this big ball of pint up anger anymore. Soooo we'll start small.

I carefully climb out of bed and walk over to my wardrobe. Removing my pj's, I toss them in the hamper. I put on dark blue ripped jeans paired with a plain white T-shirt. When I turn back to the bed, I see Eri peeking over Shoto's shoulder.

"Are we going out today? " Eri asks once we make eye contact.

"Yep, we're going visit someone in the hospital, " I answer her. Excitedly She bounces out of bed, leaving the door wide open as she races to go get ready.

"What's going on? " Todoroki asks half awake. He sits up stretching. I pull out a pair of regular blue jeans and a red shirt tossing them to Shoto.

"You'll see. Get dressed, we're going out today, " I announce. Todoroki gives me a puzzled look.

"Like in public? Aren't you worried I'll escape? " He asks as though I were dumb.

"One, you said you wouldn't try to escape if you lost the game yesterday, so I'll trust you not to run away. Two I have no problem hurting you if you go back on your word and run, I could easily break a leg and drag you back here. Besides All Might is on a timer so I'm not all that worried about heros, " I explain in a calm tone. Although I don't mean it, I really don't want to hurt him and I'd knock him out before breaking his leg.

He gives me a confused look, " What do you me- " He's cut off by Eri returning, dressed in white overalls and red dress shirt with frilly sleeves. Denki stumbling in as she drags him.

"Can Kaminari come today too? " She asks with big eyes. I look up to Denki who just shrugs his shoulders. He leans against the door frame amused with Eri.

"No, Denki has to stay here, he's in charge of protecting the base and we can't leave our base defenseless, " I explain to her sweetly.

"Come on, Todoroki needs to get dressed, " I say before she can argue. I scoop her up in my arms and walk out of the room followed by Denki.

"You really want to do this the day after you kidnapped him? " Denki asks slightly concerned.

"Just worry about this place, here's the card with the construction company, call them and get a plan figured out, " I instruct. He takes the card from my hand and reads it over.

"Ok, have fun today, " He walks off towards the office area.

"See you later Kaminari, " Eri calls after him. I hear my bedroom door open and close.

"Hey are you read to go? " I ask Todoroki as I turn to face him. He nods and we make our way to the main lobby.

The whole place looks a lot nicer clean. The old floor is a pattern of different woods. Some light in color some dark. The white walls have chipping in the corner and around the edge of light fixtures. Outside of the improfections caused by time, I can definitely see how luxurious this place was when it was new. This isn't just any asylum, this asylum was for the richest of the rich back then. If you were sent here you were treated with respect and cared for hand and foot. It was quite the wealthy asylum. However no patient brought here was treated. Just housed them and charged the families. The file room was the first thing Denki and I looked for. That's how I know about the buildings history.
