SAVE YOUR TEARS-
k I'll stop)
Y/N POV:
"You know I still have your charger from fifth grade." I joked to my brother as we walked in the park.
"What?! I was so mad when you took that! Damn you." He said, punching my arm playfully.
I laughed and hugged his side, almost making him fall over. We were walking up and across a bridge when a man jogged up to us and blocked our path. He was wearing a black hoodie with dark blue jeans.
"Uh, can we help you?" Caleb asked, slightly standing in front of me.
"Yeah, your wallets. Hand em' over before someone gets hurt." He growled, pointing a gun at us.
I gasped and immediately put my hands up as I didn't have my weapon on me.
"Woah woah, calm down. Here have them." I said, frantically fiddling with my pocket to get my credits.
I took them out and slid them on the ground to him. Caleb did the same with his, glaring at the man. The guy took our wallets and smirked evilly.
"Thanks mate, but now I gotta say goodbye." He said, pulling the trigger three times.
Everything was a blur, and all I remember was screaming and an immense pain in my shoulder. I recall collapsing to the ground and someone yelling 911, then everything went black.
Time Skip
I groaned and slowly opened my eyes, squinting at the bright light.
I shifted slightly only to feel pain shoot through my body, making me wince. Someone gasped from beside me before running out of the room yelling.
"Ari, Mom! She's awake come here!"
I rolled to my back and looked around the room, realizing I was in the hospital. Footsteps pounded on the floor and three figures burst into the room. Joan, Ariana, and Frankie stood at the foot of my bed, watching me with worry. As soon as I locked eye contact with my wife she immediately rushed to my side.
"Oh my god Y/N, we were so worried." She said, kissing all over my face.
I sighed and leaned into her touch, leaning my forehead on hers. She rambled and kept kissing my skin as much as she could, but I had one question on my mind.
"Ari" I mumbled weakly.
"Yes love?" She replied, stroking my hair.
"W-where *cough* is Caleb?"
She didn't answer and frowned at me, making me fear the worst.
"Y/N-"
"Ariana Grande-Butera where is my brother." I stated more than a question.
She clutched my hand tightly and I heard Joan tell Frankie that they should leave. I stared into Ari's brown orbs and tried to hold back tears, knowing the answer. She cupped my cheek and kissed my nose sadly.
"Y/N, he's gone."
"NO!"
I screamed out in pain and sorrow, clutching onto her like my life depended on it. I cried into her shoulder while she held me close. My brother, my beautiful, talented, incredible, funny, twin brother.
