(I've been soooooooo inactive and I'm so sorry. I have no ideas and no time to write. Hopefully this will make it up to you guys 🥺)

Ariana POV:

"Are you excited honey?" I asked Y/N, who sat next to me in the passenger seat.

It was around 8:00 on a Saturday, and I decided to surprise Y/N with taking her to a cliffs edge to watch the sun set. We have not had any one on one time together for awhile, so this was very much needed. 

"Oh yes. I've always wanted to watch the sun set with you!" She said, squeezing my hand which was under hers on her thigh. 

I smiled at her sweet answer, glancing at her quickly. She was wearing some pale jean shorts with a black crop top and a grey cardigan that draped over her shoulders. Her hair was in a half up half down style, a braid running across her wavy locks.

Her Outfit cause I can't describe shit:

I pulled up to the parking spot, rolling up the windows and turning off the car. We both unbuckled and hopped out of my Range Rover. I took Y/N's hand and started up the hill, gently pulling her with me. We made it up to an incredible sight, my jaw dropping at the sight.

It was gorgeous, and that's an understatement. The vast greenery stretched across the valley, dew drops shimmering from the leaves. A small river seeped through the land and cascaded down through the cliffs. I looked out at the sight and sighed, sucking in the beauty.

"Wow." Y/N whispered next to me.

"Wow is right." I responded, wrapping my arm around her waist.

She giggled and I turned to look at her. She had her eyes closed, as she was enjoying the slight breeze that blew at us. My eyes trailed shamelessly across her face, taking in every aspect. She seemed to notice my staring as she met my eyes with her breathtaking 'your color' ones.

"Hi." She murmured, gazing at me with her mesmerizing eyes.

"Heyo." I replied, smiling when she smiled.

She snuggled into me, resting her head right under my chin. I hugged her with love and care, kissing the top of her head. We stood their watching the sunset, our bodies swaying with the wind. Y/N moved from my chest and took my hands, cupping her face with them.

"You are so beautiful." I stated, brushing my thumb on her cheek.

"Thank you." She said, holding my wrists lazily.

I smiled and gently pressed my lips to hers, relishing her taste. We kissed as the pulsing orange sun slipped behind the mountain, removing the golden glow from the earth. I pulled away just to hug her tightly, burying my face into her shoulder. She laughed lightly and rubbed my back lovingly.

"You tired baby?" She asked.

"Mhm."

"Want me to drive?"

"Nah, can we just stay here till it gets late?" I asked, looking at her hopefully.

Y/N smiled warmly, nodding happily. We sat down in the grass, watching as the sky darkened and the stars start to peek out. She pointed out constellations, describing each and air-tracing them with my finger so I could see them. She was sitting between my legs, her left hand resting on my knee. I kissed her neck, mumbled sweet things to her in my tired voice.
