(Most of my imagines come from real life experience and we just had a barbecue bon fire so I thought I would write about it while I'm recovering from my injury. Enjoy!)

Y/N POV:

I sighed and chewed on my salad miserably.

Ariana and I had been invited to a huge party with family and friends and i was already exhausted. People had come and go from greeting me and almost 75% of people had been very annoying and awkward.

I stood up, brushing my navy blue striped shirt off, and went to throw my trash away. I dropped my plate in the garbage and leaned down to grab a drink from a cooler when someone put their hand on my shoulder. I turned to see my twin brother, Caleb.

"Hey dear sister of mine." He said cheerfully.

"Hi Cal." I said, picking up two white claws and handing him one.

He cracked his open and took a sip. "So, how are you doing? You looked downhearted over by the the grill."

"I'm tired, people have been bothering me so much. Can't seem to find peace."

He nodded and patted my arm before walking away to a group of older men I didn't recognize. I sighed and closed my eyes, leaning against the table.

"You alright Y/N?"

I jumped and flipped around to see Courtney eyeing me curiously. I smiled and set my drink down.

"Yeah I'm good, just bored."

She also nodded and slipped off, probably to bother Victoria. I decided I needed to get away from the crowd and set off for a walk down the path off the woods. The dry leaves crunched under my boots as I admired the greenery. I swore I heard a second pair of footsteps but every time I stopped, no noise would be made.

I eventually came across a small stream that stretched across the wilderness. I peered down at the glistening water and noticed a few fish whisking around. I was about to lean down and grab one when arms wrapped around my waist, making me scream.

I flipped around to see Ariana sporting a happy expression. I let out a breath of relief and leaned my head on her shoulder.

"You scared me." I mumbled, closing my eyes.

Her smile turned to a frown and she hugged me close to her, rubbing my back. Her lips pressed against my cheek and I sighed, leaning into her touch.

"You ok?" She asked softly.

I nodded slightly and rested my arms around her neck. The familiar feeling of sleep rose from my stomach and I yawned into Ari's skin. She giggled and hugged my waist, swaying our bodies. From her warmth and her touch, I instantly caved into slumber.

Time Skip

I groaned and opened my eyes just to be met with a dark room.

I shot up and looked around, letting my eyes adjust. I soon came to realize I was in Ariana and I's shared bedroom. I glanced beside me and saw her sleeping peacefully, her arm lazily draped around my waist.

I laid back and stared at the ceiling, not feeling tired anymore. I rolled to my side and peered at my wife's sleeping form, admiring her features. Her hair was pulled back into a messy bun with a few strands splaying onto her face. Her eyes weren't closed, just resting shut, and her soft looking lips were slightly parted. I smiled and scooted closer to her, resting my hand on her arm.

I watched her face for a few seconds before pressing my lips to her forehead tenderly. I let my lips trail down her face to her mouth. I glanced at her closed eyes before passionately kissing her, not caring if I woke her up. I felt her shuffle and soon she was kissing me back with love and care. I pulled away after a little bit and met her gaze.

"Hi." I whispered.

"Hey cutie." She muttered back, brushing her hand along my cheek.

I blushed and hid my face in her neck, inhaling her body wash. She sighed and pulled me closer, if that was possible, and caressed my spine.

"Ari." I mumbled after a few minutes of silence.

"Yes baby?" She replied, playing with my hair.

"I fell asleep on your shoulder at the party. How did we end up here?" I questioned, fiddling with the hem of her shirt.

"Well you looked extremely exhausted and you practically passed out on me. I didn't wanna take you back to the group because I knew you would be tired and annoyed for the rest of the night, so I took you home and you slept for 3 hours before I joined you." She said, kissing my temple.

I smiled at her caring words and cuddled into her chest. Moments like this don't happen often, but when they do, we cherish them forever.
