Chap 33- It's Okay We're Rookies

"Thank you for your hard work!" The guys and me bow our head down appreciating everyone's work.

We've just came back to the dressing room after the pre-recording, and the members faces are drenched in sweat.

"Wow, our performance was seriously amazing today. We got a lot of reactions" Yoongi says.

"I heard the cheers even though I wasn't trying to focus on them. It sounded like they really enjoyed us and it felt great" Namjoon says.

"Me too! I feel so confident it's like I'm floating" Jungkook agreed.

"Hey I know I'm part of the group but Hoseok's dance solo looked really cool today!" Seokjin praises his team member.

"Come on, you're embarrassing me" Hoseok starts to blush.

"You say that, Hoseok, but I see you smiling" I teased him.

"What did you think, manager? Do you think our recording went well?" Namjoon asks glancing at me.

"Yeah, you were scary-good. I thought you were going to swallow the came while. You've practically lived in the practice room lately, so I'm glad it was definitely worth it" I say truthfully.

"Oh! I heard some video staff in the hallway saying something something boys were really good" Taehyung tell us as he remember.

"As soon as Tae heard that he ran over and said 'Hello we're the Bangtan Boys' seriously..." Jimin chuckles.

"Hey, Park Jimin! Don't act like you didn't do it, too!" Taehyung scolds his bestfriend.

"Of course I did! I'm part of the Bangtan Boys, too" Jimin smirked winking.

These boys i swear to god...

"Let's not get too excited. We shouldn't forget our vibes" I say calming them down.

"You're right, Manager. Humility first and humility second" Namjoon noted.

"Ah....after hearing what hyung said, my confidence is back to its original place" Jungkook says.

"Something about that comment hits me. I didn't mention it, but I did feel like I was floating around today." Yoongi confesses.

"Okay. Focus! Focus! The broadcast of our performance is starting. We should watch this" Hoseok turned our attention to the screen.

"Yeah. Hoseok spent all night choreographing this, so let's pay attention" Namjoon days.

Something about the way the members gather around the monitor fills me with pride. All the station staffers are talking about Bangtan Boys's intense song and impressive performance.

Can we ride this momentum all the way to the Rookie of the Year award? Oh! It's the PD of the music program! Time to make a lashing impression.

I speed walk my say into the hall when my phone dings with a text notification.

President
Why did only 6 of the members perform today?

I can't believe this guy! He never answers when I need him, and now he's making ridiculous compliments?

I think you need an eye exam. All 7 were there on stage.

You're their Manager. You should watch more closely....lol

I know he's my boss, but the President is seriously getting on my nerves!
