Wheatley woke up with a groan as he looked around. He saw everyone captured and gasped, beginning to struggle in his own bonds.

"No, no, no-" He froze as he heard his mother chuckled. He scowled as she came closer with a smirk.

"My, my, you are just pathetic." She cackled. He growled.

"Let them go, Mother." He snarled at her. She smirked.

"How about no. Think of all the experiments I can run, especially on the last Cyberican in the universe!" She turned to him, pausing her pacing. "Don't you want your mother to be happy?" She asked as she strode over. "I birthed you, I gave you enhancements, and I rescued you from-"

"From who? Wbenni? She was more of a mother than you'll ever be." He interrupted. She glared at him. "Listen to me. You are to free my friends. Experiment on any of them, and I'll give you a beating that will last to next year. Especially Nassa and Alkippe. Then you get one that will last 2 years extra." He growled, straining on the binds that held him back. She laughed - actually laughed. It would've been beautiful if he wasn't literally on his deathbed.

"What's so special about the hybrid? Her two minds? Her abilities?" She asked with a cackle. He smirked a bit.

"My love for them." He emphasized. "I love them more than anything in my life. You can have me, but you cannot have my crushes." She scowled, turning on the same machine that had electrocuted him earlier. He cried out as the shock spread through his body, his back making an arch. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Nassa and Alkippe waking up.

"... You know, you're a cruel, cruel woman, Dr. Hanity," Alkippe remarked, "And I'm pretty sure you'll take that as a compliment. Take it however you want, because it's a fact." Dr. Hanity walked over to her and Nassa.

"I do take it as a compliment. However, seeing as my son has feelings for you and your other mind, I will have to kill you eventually." Wheatley growled at this.

"Mother. You touch a hair on their heads and I will end you-" She turned sharply.

"And how will you manage that? Breaking through?" He lost the scowl in a face of terror. She smirked as she went to the machine. "Thought so." She pulled the lever. Wheatley yelled out again, eyes shut. At this point he had lightning-shaped scars all over his body, slowly getting cooked.

Nassa winced, biting her lip. "Why haven't you already? To torture us?" Alkippe continued her remarks even though they clearly weren't helping.

"To tortue you by making you watch helplessly as I slowly kill the one you love!" She smirked and pulled the lever again.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!!" Wheatley cried, falling back to the table with a thud. He panted, blinking back tears. He couldn't keep this up much longer.

The two minded hybrid raised an eyebrow. "Eh? The one I love? You're confused, Dr. Hanity. I don't love anyone- well, except maybe myself." Wheatley's heart sank. She didn't have the same feelings? That was sad to hear from Alkippe. However, Dr. Hanity frowned.

"Then I shall kill you! Undo her chains. I want to watch her writhe in pain." She said, making Wheatley sit up quickly. No! Not his crushes! He can't lose them, despite them not having feelings.

"NO!!!" He yelled, letting the tears fall as the guards unchained the hybrid.

"Go ahead and torture me, life's already pretty painful for me regardless," They shrugged, "But why do you want to torture me so bad anyway?" Her tone was calm.

"Alkippe don't do this- Don't let her-" Dr. Hanity flipped the switch and Wheatley cried out as the shock went through him. Tears blurred his eyes. Not her. Not them.

"For science." Dr. Hanity simply says as she aimed a gun at Alkippe. Wheatley strained against the straps. No!

"ALKIPPE-"
