Today was the day.

I was starting my new job.

And i couldnt be more excited.

Truth be told, i may have stayed up until the early hours of the morning, reading a book that i had read a million times before.

But this wasnt anything out of the ordinary.

I usually prefered staying up late at nights, there was something about them that brought me a kind of peace and belonging that was different to the other parts of nature i had fallen in love with.

Sitting out the window on the city rooftops, the only lights being the ones lining the street and the skies natural shine.

This morning ran smoother than usual.

Everything seemed to be aligning.

Yesterday i had received a package from the MPDAS offical studios, inside the shiny black box was my uniform.

The first item i saw was a black hoodie, in white letters, spelt out the initials of the studio and on the back had TRAINER, reffering to my postition at the workplace.

Underneath there was a number of tshirts, cropped tops and sports bra, all either white or black, making the uniform smart yet ideal for the activities we would embark on.

There was a number of different items in there aswell, such as waterbottles, information booklets and instructions on how to get there and the timings i was required to arrive at.

It was currently twenty past seven, and for my first day, Kinglsey had said for me to get to the studios at half past, giving me ten minutes left to make sure i was ready.

After getting changed into some sports leggings, a sports bra and the hoodie on top, i pulled on some white socks and trainers from my closet, pulling my practically black locks into a high ponytail.

I had had some coffee and toast for breakfast, and i was just about to leave, seeing as it would only take me around six minutes to walk there, however my attention was caught by the whispering of angry voices from upstairs.

I raised an eyebrow as i pulled on my puffer coat.

'You've got to tell her, none of us knows what happened, apart from maybe Fred, we need her to keep him locked up, shes the only one' Ron said, although his voice was distant, i could still make out what he was saying.

'I really dont think thats a good idea ron, theres got to be a reason why she hasnt told anyone' Harry responded.

I was far too exited to get to work than to eavesdrop any longer.

'Im leaving, ill see you later!' i yell, before opening an closing the door, feeling the cool wind hit my skin as i threw my bag over my shoulder.

The building had a special charm on it, so that to muggles it seemed like a new refurbished office building, but to wizards, it showed what it truly was.

I pressed on the door, opening it and stepping inside the modern and clean reception.

There was a circular large desk in-front of me, guessing that whatever it was would be the place where i needed to go to, i stepped forwards and approached the counter.

'Hi' i say, awaiting the attention of the receptionist.

Oh wait.

I had completely forgotten up until this very momnet.

The receptionist.

Freds ex girlfriend.

'Hi I'm Julia, how can i help you today?' the blondes chirpy voice ran out, she hadn't quite met eyes with me yet as she was finishing off typing something, but the second she did i could tell she had known what i looked like.
