Yokune Ruko is yet another popular UTAU. There are also a lot of gender arguements over Ruko. Ruko has both a male and female voicebank. The male one I think is often referred to as Rook. But I believe Ruko is a hermaphrodite. Ruko's 10% female and 90% male.
