Tsuina-chan is a Voiceroid released for the Voiceroid 2 engine. She has a twin drill design much like Kasane Teto. She's not a very popular Voiceroid for the matter. She doesn't have a Vocaloid voicebank either so she's made for Voiceroid specifically. She a has a nice design tho tbh.
