Tohoku Kiritan is a female Voiceroid. Her age is 11. She also has an UTAU voicebank as well as an EX samples (from what I remember, EX is some extra stuff in her voice files you can use, it's mostly just speech stuff). Again, I don't think she's in any way related to the Tohoku Zunko project. Her design is pretty cute tbh.
