-_- No it does not.
Yes, it's in the anime style and it's considered apart of the anime & otaku community, but no, Vocaloid is NOT an anime. The closest things we have to an official anime is fan made stuff, of course.
And then there's Project Diva which is a game series based off of the Cryptonloids (Miku, Luka, Rin & Len, etc).
There is also an unofficial manga based off of some of the songs (I currently have one that's called Rin Chan-Now! There's others, too but that one's the one that caught my eye when I was at Barnes and Noble one day looking for manga to read). And there's also an art book made by Visual Kei for Vocaloid from what I'm aware of.
But no, Vocaloid does not have an anime.
