Vocaloid 2 accepts MIDI, WAV, and VSQ files.
Vocaloid 3 accepts MIDI, WAV, VSQ & VSQX files.
Vocaloid 4 accepts the same files as Vocaloid 3.
Vocaloid 5 does NOT accept VSQ files, however, it will accept MIDI, WAV, VSQX and VPR files. VPR is the VSQ/VSQX of V5.
