Tsukuyomi Shouta is the sister of Tsukuyomi Ai. I'm assuming she's older than Ai judging by her design. Her voice provider has not been released so it's unknown who voices for her. I have not heard anything yet using Tsukuyomi Shouta so I can't really say how her voice is in terms of quality. Her design kind of reminds me of Kagamine Rin with the sailor girl get up lol.
