Meiko was the first female Japanese Vocaloid originally for the Vocaloid 1 engine. Sadly, people think Miku is the first Japanese Vocaloid (and the 1st in general) but nope. Meiko was. Her popularity was quite high before Miku came into the picture. She has an excellent voice and needs a V5 update lmao.
