Minase Kou is a male Voiceroid developed by AH Software (same company that created Kaai Yuki and Kiyoteru). He's also depicted as a teacher (just like Kiyoteru). He was released October 29th, 2015. He's also described as being good at weaving his proverbs into words. He's not very popular within the vocal synth community, either.
