Some may think she is because of the 01 on her arm but in fact, she's not the first Vocaloid ever made.
The first Vocaloids ever made were Leon, Lola, Kaito and Meiko for the Vocaloid 1 engine. Miku didn't come along until the Vocaloid 2 engine. But she is the first character vocal series for Crypton Future Media. Hence the 01 on her arm. She's also known as CV01 or Character Vocal 01.
