Yes, her name is intentionally spelled like that. Al!ce is an English voicebank I believe. I'm not sure if she has a Japanese voicebank or not. But from some covers I've heard with her, she's really good quality for an English voicebank though. Popularity wise, she's not that popular which is sad because her voicebank is really good in terms of quality.
