Tohoku Zunko is both a Vocaloid and a Voiceroid. Voiceroid is like Vocaloid but for TTS (text to speech) purposes. She was made after some kind of disaster in Japan (I think it was an Earthquake if I'm correct) and so, she was made for that region of Japan. She's pretty underrated from what I can see. Barely anyone uses her for both covers and originals.
