Yes, Yuzuki Yukari is also a Vocaloid. She also is a Voiceroid. She has several Ex-voice samples you can use as well. Unlike Tohoku who was made for the purpose of the Tohoku Earthquake, my guess is that Yuzuki was inputted into Voiceroid to draw more customers in. Her Voiceroid isn't that popular but her Vocaloid voicebank is.
