Kasane Teto is perhaps one of the most well known UTAUs. She was originally created as an April fool's joke in Project Diva but then was later given a voicebank on UTAU. From there, her popularity skyrocketted and now, she's one of the most popular UTAU's out there. I'm not sure if she's been given any voicebank updates or any new voicebank types as of late. But she does have a variety of voicebanks for whatever floats your boat.
