Chapter Forty-Two

Nathan's POV

I pull into the parking lot of the Grand Brew and parked in my reserved spot getting out and opening the door for Alianna. She got out and got Zaiden as we walked to the entrance of the restaurant, "It's pretty cold out" she says as I place my hand on her lower back pulling her toward me "really it's not that bad" I say chuckling "of course it isn't " she says being sarcastic.

I open the door for her and she walks in with me following behind her. She walks up the a blonde girl at the front desk and I watched her every move she is so sexy and she is all mine. "Nathan!" she yelled whisper snapping me out of thought "come on and please don't look at me like that" she says full on blushing "well if I don't look at you who will? I'll puncture anyone's eyes who dear" I told her whispering the last part causing her to hit me on my chest lightly making me laugh at how red she is right now.

We were still talking walking behind the girl to the vip section with Alianna still a dark red as a very ripe tomato. "here we are" she says I look up from Alianna just in time for a loud shout "Happy birthday!!" came everyone in view as the lights came on, I was looking around at everyone like they have two heads just standing there. "happy birthday man " Xander said coming up to me hugging me "even you? You dumbo this the reason you didn't want to come over today " I said hugging him back as Alex came into view "happy birthday slender man" he says full on hugging me "aww thank you pennywise" I told him once he let's go as Xander and Alianna laughs at both of us.

"anyways who did all this?" I asked acting clueless, "your wife did now fucking enjoy it or I'm gonna have to whip your ass" Alex says mumbling something about his hard work going to waste and I laugh at him raising my hands up as if to surrender.

"fine thank you for planning behind my back " I said winking at both Xander and Alex and him being the one who always seem to have something up his ass had to squint his eyes glaring at me but I didn't mind him. "thank you baby" I say looking at Alianna and she smiled before I place a short but loving kiss on her lips. After we parted she was once more red as hell standing there looking flustered and hot.

"I'm gonna have to steal you away for a bit there's someone I want you to meet" Xander says and I look to Alianna and he nods smiling so I kissed both her and Zaiden on the cheek before following Xander.

"well I know you lying... what is it?" I asked once we were out of there sight "nothing it's all set and ready when you are" he told me "you could've just told me that back there you dweep" I tell him and he rolled his eyes "anyways maybe like midnight since tomorrow is new years that could be perfect yeah?" I asked and he nods "for sure we just have to stall until then" he says in agreement and I nod at him.

We walk back in and I went to greet everyone and thanking them for coming even though I wasn't over joyed but whatever I guess it's just in me as a business man to be polite sometimes.

I finally got back to Alianna and Alex along with Xander who was now standing there, "please just tell me already" she begged freaking me out what if she figured it out, I got closer standing behind Alianna and looking at both men as if to ask who snitched with my eyes and Alex waved me off. "now that you're here" he says sighing "not to rain on your parade or anything but I wanted you both to know that we're adopting a child" Alex says " oh my god are you serious!?" Alianna ask joy flowing out of her body "oh I'm gonna be an aunt" she says hugging Alex then Xander "while I congratulate them with a smile. "I can't wait for y'all to be parents this is gonna be so fun" she exclaim making me smile....go away dirty thoughts this is not the time....

"moma I hungry" Zaiden says lifting his head from her neck "we'll go eat now okay baby" she told him and we went to our table as Alex waved a girl over telling her we're ready to order. She came over immediately getting all our orders and walked aways while we just built conversation for the short time.
