Genevieve's POV

Before AJ Woke Up

I woke up on a bed, having blurry vision and a pounding headache. I look around to see Pietro sitting in a chair next to me and Wanda standing next to him with her arms crossed, both talking to each other.

"Where am I?" I groggily ask while slowly getting up and sitting instead of laying.

Wanda un-crosses her arms, letting them go to her side and Pietro quickly turns his head to look at me, while also slightly standing up, leaning towards me.

"You're in my room. Do you… remember anything? From the past year?" Wanda questions.

"Wanda, she just woke up, give her time to wake up fully at least," Pietro says.

"It's fine… During the fight with Ultron, I got knocked out by one of his robots… and when I woke up, a person was towering over me… they had injected something into my arm, and I blacked out again… The worst part is, I remember it… all of it, all of what I had done… I killed innocent people… families… just for practice" I said angrily while tears fall down my face.

"Innocent families… dead because of me" I add, more tears flowing out of my eyes.

Wanda and Pietro look down "I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I'm here for you, we're here for you. You don't have to talk, we can stay if you want." Pietro says.

I nod "Uh… Wanda, could you get me water?" I asked, sniffling and wiping my tears.

Wanda nods and hums, walking out of the room "Why didn't we know about the-... accidents. You don't have to answer-" Pietro asked.

"HYDRA moved everywhere, different states, cities, villages… away from SHIELD and The Avengers, so you guys didn't find out or hear anything about it." I cut him off, wanting him to know everything.

Pietro nodded and looked down "AJ said your heart stopped" Pietro whispered and I saw tears in his eyes.

I put my hand on his cheek and made him face me "I'm alive, Pietro. Pretty sure my heart's beating too" I smile and Pietro laughs before looking back at me. 

Our smiles fade and I see his eyes look lower, at my lips. We both start slowly leaning in before jolting back and away from each other.

"Hey, I got your water-... Is everything okay here?" Wanda smirks.

I shake my head vigorously "No, yea, everything's fine, perfectly fine." I talk quickly, raising my hand and making an 'OK' sign with my fingers.

"Yea, what she said…" Pietro whispered.

"Uh-huh… ok then" Wanda still looks between us suspiciously but comes to sit next to me on the bed, she grabs the remote and turns on her TV.

Sitcoms.

"Really? More Sitcoms?" Pietro groans.

"Then leave, Pietro," Wanda suggests. More like tells him.

"No…" Pietro stays, still sitting in the chair on the other side of me.

"Why? You don't like Sitcoms." Wanda asks, confusingly.

"Just because… Let's just watch this." Pietro blushes and looks at the TV.

I smirk and turn towards the TV as well.
