Where we landed was not where I wanted us to go.

I collapse to the ground, Sam catching me. "Welp, this is unfortunate," Clint says. Sam looks up at the soldiers surrounding us.

"Oh, shit." Sam sighs. Clint quickly grabs an arrow from his back, shooting at the Hydra soldiers ahead.

Sam helps me up, given that I am weak from teleporting with two people. "Bad news, AJ teleported us inside and she's really weak, along with Clint fighting Hydra soldiers," Sam says through the comms.

"We're on our way," Steve replies.

Sam sets me down behind a corner and Clint comes walking towards us, having finished fighting the guards. "What the hell AJ? Why would you risk that?" Clint asks sternly.

"We would've been killed if I hadn't," I reply, trying to catch my breath.

"What I mean is, why would you tell us that and immediately teleport us KNOWING something like this would happen," Clint asks again.

"Well Clint, I had a sudden urge to not get hit by a bullet!" I say, sarcastically.

"I could've easily flown away, but you took us both," Sam says.

"We had no time! Besides, it's over and done with. We're already here, so can we please just focus on that? Guards could be coming around that corner any time and you guys want to ask me questions?" I argue. They both look down and realize what's happening in the present.

Suddenly, grunting and banging are heard from the same corner I was talking about. We all stand up and ready ourselves for what's about to come.

We saw a guard back up and grab his gun to start shooting at whatever was in front of him but he was pushed back and knocked out by a red ball of energy.

We all sighed in relief when we saw it was Wanda and Gen fighting some guards they had run into.

"AJ! Are you ok?" Gen asked, annoyed but still genuinely caring.

"I'm still catching my breath but I'm fine," I reply.

"Don't ever push your limits like that again!" Genevieve yells, punching my shoulder

"Ow! What the hell?!" I groan and look at her in anger. "You deserve it! You scared us!"

"I did what I needed to, I had to get us out! Otherwise, we would've been shot! or killed!" I argue. "Look, I know you're mad at me, but this is not the best time to have this conversation." Genevieve looks at me understandably.

"Right. But we will talk about this later." Genevieve says with a stern voice. Glaring daggers at me.

Gen swings my arm over her shoulder "I can walk, you know" I say. "Then walk" Gen drops my arm and walks behind a corner to look down the hall for any more soldiers. I look at her for a second before walking beside her. Clint, Sam, and Wanda followed closely behind.

"Coast is clear," Gen assures us and we walk down the hallways of the Hydra base, being cautious at every corner, of course.

Footsteps are to be heard suddenly and we all hide behind another wall. Gen walks out, standing in front of the guards that were jogging to an exit.

"Stoy!" One of the guards yelled.

"Halt!"

"Viper.." The same guard whispered and smirked.

Genevieve glared at him and they all started groaning and falling to their knees. I could see Gen's hands trembling and clenching into a fist. This is too much.

I walk over to her, gently putting my hand on her shoulder. "That's enough, They're knocked out," I say, trying to calm her down. She looks at me with confusion but then looks back at the guards. Calming down, she turns to the other three. "Come on, There's still a lot of ground to cover here," Gen tells them and turns around to continue walking, us following behind.

"Why did you stop me? You know what they did to us. I want them to hurt the way we did." Genevieve speaks up after a while of walking. I look at her "Your hands were trembling. I could tell you were starting to push your limits. You have never used your power on so many people." I explain.

"Didn't you just punch me in the shoulder for going past my limits? I feel like I should do the same now." I raise my hand but before I could do anything, Genevieve grabs hold of my wrist, making us stop walking "Don't." She says in a stern voice. I pull my wrist out of her hand "Damn. I was joking." I say while rubbing my wrist.

"We need to split up. Us sticking together in a big group isn't a good idea." Clint says. "Right. Who's going with who?" Genevieve asks.

"I'll go with you guys," Wanda says, looking at me and Gen. "Then I guess I'll stay with Clint," Sam says.

"Be careful," I tell the both of them.

"Don't worry, I never miss," Clint reassures me "You're so full of yourself." I smile. "Nope, just telling the truth" Clint responds.

"Woww," I say while walking away with Wanda and Gen.

Wanda, Gen, and I walked down the halls of Hydra, being cautious of our surroundings. Soon enough, we hear light walking coming from down another hall.

"Great, more Hydra soldiers." Gen whispers "You two, go over there" Gen points at a corner behind us. Quietly walking to the wall, Wanda stands behind me and Genevieve hides behind the corner next to the hall where we heard the noise.

Genevieve waits for them to walk around the corner she's hiding behind, but all of a sudden, the walking stops.

We look at each other in confusion.

Suddenly, Genevieve goes flying back, with purple wispies swirling around her. I look to where the main source of the purple light came from but Wanda had stepped in front of me and produced a shield that protected us from another purple blast.

When I look over Wanda's shoulder, all I see is long blonde hair. Hydra guards come running towards us so I go around Wanda, flicking their guns away. Suddenly the guards fell to the ground.

I turned to Gen, who was still on the ground, I ran to her to see if she was okay. "Wanda, watch my back! Make sure no one sneaks up on us." I tell Wanda.

"Gen, what the hell happened?" I ask, frantically. "I put them to sleep," Genevieve replies trying to control her breathing.

"Is she okay?" Wanda asks, concerned. "I'm fine, Jeez," Gen says, standing up.

Just then, Wanda falls to the ground, grunting. Gen goes to help Wanda up while I look behind to see who did this.

"Zmeya i Temnaya reka. Dobro pozhalovat' obratno."

"Viper and Dark River. Welcome Back."
